A tutti i Registrar, Internet Festival (https://www.internetfestival.it/) quest'anno si svolgera' a Pisa dal 10 al 13 ottobre. La nostra sede e' alle Officine Garibaldi (https://www.officinegaribaldi.it/) nello spazio denominato "Le Officine del .it". Nei giorni 12 e 13 ottobre dalle 15 alle 20 parleremo del .it e commenteremo le notizie sulla rete insieme alla redazione del "il Post" (https://www.ilpost.it/) e a molti ospiti che verranno intervistati da Luca Sofri. Vi comunichiamo, inoltre, che, come anticipato durante il "Meeting annuale del Registro .it 2019", nel portale di test RAIN-NG (https://rain-ng.pubtest.nic.it) è stata introdotta la possibilità di creare il "gruppo EPP". Il "gruppo EPP" consentirà al Registrar di definire utenti specifici per accedere al server EPP. A tutti i Registrar, si fa presente che da questo momento e' possibile perfezionare il contratto Registrar 2019-2022, che si configura come un contratto per adesione ai sensi dell’art.1341 cod.civ. concluso tramite scambio per corrispondenza, quindi con distinti atti di proposta e accettazione. Sul sito del Registro .it e' resa disponibile la proposta a contrarre (https://www.nic.it/it/doc/2019/proposta-contrarre-la-registrazione-dei-nomi…), che avendo la forma di offerta al pubblico ai sensi dell’art.1336 cod.civ. assume rilevanza formale e sostanziale perche' firmata digitalmente in ogni sua parte dal Direttore dell’IIT – Registro .it e resa univoca dal protocollo n. 0002869 del 08/04/2019. Siete, così invitati a scaricarla, prenderne visione e nel caso in cui sia Vostra intenzione perfezionare il contratto, vi chiediamo di provvedere a inviare l’accettazione della proposta, che si configura come una duplice, autonoma e sostanziale identica riproduzione documentale della proposta. I relativi e diversi diritti e obblighi delle parti scaturiscono dall’incontro delle volontà, ossia all’avvenuto compimento dello scambio dei due atti unilaterali. I diritti dei cittadini, gli aspetti di sicurezza delle informazioni e dati: la privacy by design, Valutazione d’impatto sulla protezione dei dati, (Data Protection Impact Analysis) in programma l’8 e 9 maggio; - Accuratezza dei dati e codice Authinfo in programma il 9 maggio. La lingua di lavoro dei corsi sara' l'italiano. Citizens' rights, aspects of information and data security: privacy by design, data protection impact analysis (DPIA), duties of the Chief Privacy Officer and appointment of a Data Protection'' course due to take place on 8th and 9th May; - Data accurancy and Authinfo code course due to take place on 9th May. All the courses will be held in Italian language. The .it Registry reserves the right to cancel, amend or add further courses dates, considering the number of applications and requests.
