A tutti i Registrar, vi informiamo che domani, 1 agosto 2018, saranno effettuate le seguenti attivita’: - pubblicazione delle nuove Linee Guida Tecniche, Versione 2.4, contenenti le integrazioni per la registrazione e il mantenimento dei nomi a dominio “firmati digiltalmente” (DNSSEC); - pubblicazione di una nuova sezione del sito web del Registro.it contenente: - informazioni di tipo generale sulla registrazione dei nomi a dominio edu.it; - Regolamento di "Assegnazione e gestione dei nomi a dominio nel SLD edu.it”, Versione 1.0; - Addendum alle Linee Guida Tecniche per la "Gestione delle operazioni sui nomi a dominio nel SLD edu.it”, Versione 1.0; - rilascio, sulla piattaforma di test (pubtest.nic.it), del nuovo server EPP (e servizi correlati) integrato con le funzionalita’ necessarie alla registrazione/modifica di nomi a dominio edu.it. - rilascio della libreria client, e relativa documentazione, integrata con le modifiche relative alla gestione dei nomi a dominio edu.it. Tale libreria e’ disponibile a: https://epp-doc.nic.it/ user: tester pw: testepp Vi informiamo inoltre che: - il 7 settembre p.v. sara’ pubblicato l’addendum al contratto Registrar per la registrazione dei nomi a dominio edu.it; - a partire dall’11 settembre 2018 i Registrar potranno sostenere il test di accreditamento DNSSEC (come gia’ anticipato nella mail inviata ai Registrar il 26 luglio scorso) e, conseguentemente, registrare nomi a dominio "firmati digitalmente”; - il 20 settembre p.v., i Registrar che avranno sottoscritto l’addendum al contratto per edu.it, potranno iniziare a registrare i nomi a dominio edu.it. Cordiali saluti, lo staff del Registro.it ======================================== To all Registrars, we inform you that tomorrow, 1 August 2018, the following activities will be carried out: - publication of the New Technical Guidelines, Version 2.4, containing the integrations for the registration and maintenance of "Digitally Signed" domain names (DNSSEC); - publication of a new section of the Registro.it website containing: - general information on the registration of domain names edu.it; - Regulations for the "Assignment and management of domain names in the SLD edu.it", Version 1.0; - Addendum to the Technical Guidelines for the "Management of the operations on domain names in SLD edu.it", Version 1.0; - release, on the test platform (pubtest.nic.it), of the new EPP server (and related services) integrated with the functionalities necessary for the registration / modification of domain names edu.it. - release of the client library, and related documentation, integrated with management of domain names edu.it. This library is available at: https://epp-doc.nic.it/ user: tester pw: testepp We inform you also that: - on September 7, 2018, a new addendum to the Registrar contract for the registration and management of edu.it domain names will be published; - starting from September 11, 2018, the new DNSSEC accreditation test will be available to Registrars (as already notified by email on last July 26, 2018), and then, the accredited Registrars will be allowed to register / manage DNSSEC domains; - on September 20, 2018, the Registrars that will have signed the edu.it addendum to the Registrar contract, will be allowed to register edu.it domain names. A tutti i Registrar, vi informiamo che domani, 27 luglio 2018, sara’ pubblicato il nuovo portale dedicato alle procedure di accreditamento dei Registrar (ARP - https://arp.nic.it). Il nuovo portale è stato completamente riprogettato, sia dal punto di vista tecnologico che grafico, e supporta sia il test di accreditamento per i nuovi Registrar che il nuovo test di accreditamento DNSSEC. In particolare, quest’ultimo sara’ reso disponibile ai Registrar l’11 settembre p.v. The new portal has been completely redesigned from a technological and graphical point of view. Additionally, it supports both the accreditation test for new Registrars and the new DNSSEC accreditation test. In particular, the new DNSSEC accreditation test will be available to Registrars on September 11. A tutti i Registrar, si ricorda a tutti i Registrar che ancora non hanno provveduto ad inviare l’Addendum al Contratto Registrar, pubblicato alla url https://www.nic.it/reg-pm/contratto2016_addendumGDPR/contrattoRegistrar.html, a farlo nel più breve tempo possibile per non incorrere in eventuali e doverosi provvedimenti imposti dalla nuova normativa privacy. La compilazione dell’Addendum deve avvenire attraverso il form online disponibile al link sopra indicato. Per i Registrar aventi sede in Italia, il legale rappresentante dovrà sottoscriverlo con due firme digitali, in formato PADES, da apporre negli appositi spazi dell’ultima pagina del documento ed inviarlo successivamente al Registro via PEC all’indirizzo registro(a)pec.nic.it. Per i Registrar aventi sede fuori dal territorio italiano, è consentita la sottoscrizione del documento PDF con firma olografa in duplice copia ed il successivo invio dei due originali per posta di superficie e/o corriere espresso al seguente indirizzo: Registro .it Istituto di Informatica e Telematica Via Giuseppe Moruzzi, 1 I - 56124 PISA Al ricevimento dell’Addendum al Contratto, il Registro .it provvederà a darne immediata conferma al Registrar via posta elettronica, notificando anche eventuali problematiche formali presenti nella documentazione pervenuta. Successivamente, gli uffici amministrativi valuteranno i documenti pervenuti per poi sottoporli al Direttore del Registro .it per la firma e per la loro ritrasmissione al Registrar via PEC, ove possibile, o via posta di superficie o corriere espresso. Si rinnova l’attenzione che la mancata sottoscrizione dell’Addendum è motivo di mancato proseguimento del rapporto in essere tra il Registrar e il Registro.it, secondo le disposizioni normative vigenti in materia. The completion of the Addendum must done using the online form available at the url indicated above. For Registrars based in Italy, the legal representative must sign it with two digital signatures, in PADES format, to be placed in the appropriate spaces on the last page of the document and then send it to the Registry via PEC at the e-mail address registro(a)pec.nic.it. For Registrars based outside Italy it is possible to sign the PDF document with holographic signature in duplicate and subsequently to send the two originals by post and/or express courier to the following address. Subsequently, the administrative offices will evaluate the documents received and then submit them to the Director of the .it Registry for signing and for their retransmission to the Registrar via PEC where possible or via post or express courrier. Attention is drawn to the fact that the failure to sign the Addendum is a reason for not continuing the relationship existing between Registrar and Registro .it in accordance with the current regulations in force.
