A tutti i Registrar, si ricorda che con la sottoscrizione del nuovo contratto, i Registrar accreditati sono abilitati anche alla registrazione e al mantenimento dei nomi a dominio nel SLD edu.it, riservato alle scuole pubbliche e paritarie italiane identificate univocamente da un codice meccanografico. Nella "lista Registrar" pubblicata sul sito Web del Registro (https://www.nic.it/it/registrar/list) è stato pertanto aggiunto, accanto al tag di ogni Registrar, l'apposito logo "edu.it". Il Registrar che non fosse interessato all'erogazione del servizio, può eliminare il logo "edu.it" dalla suddetta "lista Registrar" accedendo al portale RAIN-NG (https://rain-ng.nic.it) nella sezione "Dati Registrar >> Informazioni Pubbliche Registrar" e effettuare l'opportuna modifica. A tutti i Registrar, Internet Festival (https://www.internetfestival.it/) quest'anno si svolgera' a Pisa dal 10 al 13 ottobre. La nostra sede e' alle Officine Garibaldi (https://www.officinegaribaldi.it/) nello spazio denominato "Le Officine del .it". Nei giorni 12 e 13 ottobre dalle 15 alle 20 parleremo del .it e commenteremo le notizie sulla rete insieme alla redazione del "il Post" (https://www.ilpost.it/) e a molti ospiti che verranno intervistati da Luca Sofri. A tutti i Registrar, vi informiamo che, dal 20 settembre 2019, come concordato con il MIUR lo scorso anno e come reso noto su questa lista e sul sito web del Registro nella sezione https://www.nic.it/it/domini-edu-it: - i nomi a dominio delle scuole che, precedentemente avevano un'estensione gov.it e che erano stati riservati nell’SLD edu.it per la durata di un anno, torneranno ad essere disponibili e saranno assegnati secondo l’ordine cronologico di arrivo delle richieste; - i nomi a dominio con estensione edu.it non saranno piu’ disponibili gratuitamente ai Registrar, ma soggetti alle stesse tariffe di registrazione e mantenimento dei nomi a dominio .it. A tutti i Registrar, si ricorda a tutti i Registrar che ancora non hanno provveduto a perfezionare il contratto Registrar 2019-2022 (contratto per adesione concluso tramite scambio per corrispondenza) - pubblicato alla url: https://www.nic.it/reg-pm/accettazione2019/contrattoRegistrar.html a farlo nel più breve tempo possibile e comunque non oltre il 23 giugno p.v. Ricordiamo che i passi da seguire per la conclusione del contratto Registrar sono: - Scaricare, visionare e conservare la proposta contrattuale firmata digitalmente dal Direttore del Registro .it; - accedere al form online (https://www.nic.it/reg-pm/accettazione2019/contrattoRegistrar.html) per la compilazione guidata dell'accettazione della proposta; - i Registrar gia’ accreditati ed operanti dovranno loggarsi con le proprie credenziali; - compilare e verificare la correttezza dei dati nell'accettazione della proposta generata; - scaricare il file pdf contenente l’accettazione della proposta senza alterarne il contenuto; - sottoscriverla digitalmente, a cura del legale rappresentante dell’Organizzazione Registrar, con firme digitali figurative PADES (Registrar italiani e stranieri in possesso di firma digitale qualificata) oppure sottoscriverla con firme olografe (Registrar stranieri o italiani non dotati di firma digitale qualificata); - l’accettazione della proposta firmata digitalmente dovrà essere inviata tramite PEC (Registrar italiani) all'indirizzo registro(a)pec.nic.it oppure via email normale all'indirizzo hostmaster(a)nic.it. (Si fa presente che sia nell’invio con PEC sia con email normale l’accettazione non può contenere firme scannerizzate). L’accettazione della proposta sottoscritta con firma olografa e timbrata a mezzo posta convenzionale all'indirizzo: Registro .it Istituto di Informatica e Telematica - CNR Via Giuseppe Moruzzi, 1 56124 PISA (Italy) - Inviare l’accettazione della proposta entro e non oltre il 23 giugno 2019. The 2019-2022 Registrar Contract is set up as Standard Contract, in accordance with Article 1341 of the Civil Code, which is concluded by exchange of mail, with separate act of proposal and acceptance. The steps to follow to finalise the Registrar Contract are: - download, examine and store the proposed contract which is digitally signed by the Director of Registro .it; - access the online prefilled form (https://www.nic.it/reg-pm/accettazione2019/contrattoRegistrar.html) for the acceptance of the proposal; - Registrars already accredited have to access with its own credentials whilst new users have to access as a new Registrar; - fill in and verify the accuracy of data in the acceptance of the generated proposal; - download the pdf version of the acceptance of the proposal without altering its contents; - undersign the proposal with figurative PADES electronic signatures (Italian and foreign Registrars who possess a qualified electronic signature) by the legal representative of the Registrar Organization, or undersign it with holographic signatures (Italian and foreign Registrars who do not possess a qualified electronic signature); - the acceptance of the digitally signed proposal must be sent via PEC (Italian Registrars) to registro(a)pec.nic.it or via email to hostmaster(a)nic.it. Please note that the acceptance, sent via Pec as well as via email, cannot contain scanned signatures.
