Vi ricordiamo altresi' che i Registrar hanno la possibilita’ di creare utenti appartenenti al gruppo “billing” per gestire tutte le operazioni inerenti alla fatturazione (menu’ "Gestione Utenti" nella sezione "Dati Registrar” del portale RAIN). A tutti i Registrar, dal 1 gennaio 2019 entrerà in vigore la fatturazione elettronica, così come previsto dalla manovra finanziaria dello scorso anno. L’obbligo di fatturazione elettronica, già presente per la Pubblica Amministrazione dal 2016, viene così esteso al B2B (imprese, professionisti, ecc.) con la legge 205/2017 (l’Agenzia delle Entrate ha pubblicato le regole tecniche con la circolare del 30 aprile 2018). Tale obbligo scatta dal prossimo 1 gennaio 2019, con l’unica esclusione delle Partite IVA in regime dei minimi o con regime forfettario e, di conseguenza, a partire da tale data, il Registro.it emetterà fatture elettroniche per tutti i Registrar italiani. Al fine di consentirvi di comunicarci il Codice destinatario da inserire nella fattura elettronica, il Registro.it ha modificato il portale RAIN prevedendo, nella sezione “Pagamenti e Fatturazione”, la nuova voce di menù “Fatturazione Elettronica” dove è possibile inserire/modificare il proprio Codice destinatario. In particolare, gli Uffici della Pubblica Amministrazione italiana dovranno inserire il "Codice Univoco Ufficio” di 6 caratteri, mentre i professionisti, le imprese, ecc. dovranno inserire il proprio Codice destinatario SDI (Sistema Di Interscambio) di 7 cifre. Nel caso in cui i suddetti codici non venissero inseriti, la fattura elettronica riporterà un Codice destinatario composto da tutti zeri. A tutti i Registrar, proseguono le azioni di comunicazione e marketing del Registro .it indirizzate a creare e promuovere l’uso del Digital e dare visibilita' al lavoro dei Registrar al fine di creare un terreno fertile per la registrazione del .it Uno degli obiettivi delle prossime azioni di marketing e' consolidare sul territorio reputazione, contatti e contenuti acquisiti nelle precedenti campagne, sviluppando un’azione formativa nei confronti delle PMI e dei liberi professionisti, con la creazione di contenuti video distribuiti sui social e YouTube, a disposizione dei Registrar stessi. Per sviluppare un’attivita' più “formativa” sul territorio abbiamo organizzato un Roadshow che vedra' protagonisti i Registrar, il Registro e le aziende locali per un pomeriggio di indicazioni applicabili da subito con attivita' consulenziale “in diretta”. "Piccole Medie Digitali” e' il nome del Road Show del Registro .it che partira' il 26 ottobre con la sua prima tappa di Lecce. Sette tappe in tutta Italia per incrementare l’utilizzo del .it e degli strumenti online tra le piccole e medie imprese. Ogni tappa sara' dedicata ad uno specifico settore (turismo, vino, moda, ecc) con l’intervento formativo di esperti e imprenditori con una storia .it di successo. In ogni tappa, all’interno della location prescelta, sara' riservata ai Registrar un’area per incontrare le imprese convenute per approfondimenti e servizi. One of the purposes of the next marketing actions is to consolidate on the territory the reputation, contacts and the contents acquired during the previous campaign, developing a formative action towards the small and medium-sized enterprises and self-employed individuals, by creating video content distributed on the social network and YouTube, also available to the same Registrars. To develop a more training activity on the territory, the Registro .it has organized a Roadshow whose protagonists will be the Registrars, the Registro .it and the local businesses, during an afternoon of immediate applicable indications with direct advisory service. "Small Medium Digital" is the name of the Registro .it Road Show that will start next October 26th with the first step in Lecce. Seven steps all over Italy to increase the use of .it and of all the online tools between small and medium enterprises. Every step will be dedicated to a specific area (tourism, wine, fashion, etc), with the consultancy of experts and businessmen with a success .it story. A tutti i Registrar, vi informiamo che domani, 1 agosto 2018, saranno effettuate le seguenti attivita’: - pubblicazione delle nuove Linee Guida Tecniche, Versione 2.4, contenenti le integrazioni per la registrazione e il mantenimento dei nomi a dominio “firmati digiltalmente” (DNSSEC); - pubblicazione di una nuova sezione del sito web del Registro.it contenente: - informazioni di tipo generale sulla registrazione dei nomi a dominio edu.it; - Regolamento di "Assegnazione e gestione dei nomi a dominio nel SLD edu.it”, Versione 1.0; - Addendum alle Linee Guida Tecniche per la "Gestione delle operazioni sui nomi a dominio nel SLD edu.it”, Versione 1.0; - rilascio, sulla piattaforma di test (pubtest.nic.it), del nuovo server EPP (e servizi correlati) integrato con le funzionalita’ necessarie alla registrazione/modifica di nomi a dominio edu.it. - rilascio della libreria client, e relativa documentazione, integrata con le modifiche relative alla gestione dei nomi a dominio edu.it.
