A tutti i Registrar, in riferimento alla comunicazione inviata alla lista registrars(a)nic.it il 9 luglio 2020 (ticket n. 2020070950004881 e avente come oggetto "Tempistiche addebiti costi di rinnovo dei nomi a dominio"), vi ricordiamo che il 21 settembre 2020 il Registro .it provvederà ad addebitare ai Registrar i costi di mantenimento dei nomi a dominio rinnovati nel periodo 1 aprile - 30 aprile. Vi invitiamo a consultare il portale RAIN (https://rain.nic.it) dove, nella sezione “Pagamenti e Fatturazione / Operazioni Rinnovo Non Addebitate”, potrete visualizzare il numero delle operazioni di rinnovo che sono state effettuate nel suddetto periodo, i relativi costi di mantenimento non addebitati, il credito disponibile e l'elenco dei nomi a dominio che sono stati rinnovati. Se dal controllo effettuato sul portale il prepagato dovesse risultare incapiente e quindi non disponibile alla data di addebito indicata nella presente comunicazione, il Registrar dovrà anticipatamente provvedere ad effettuare un bonifico o un pagamento con carta di credito. L’eventuale mancata capienza economica nelle date stabilite potrebbe comportare la sospensione del servizio al Registrar, fino alla reintegrazione del credito necessario. Il nuovo certificato, rilasciato dalla CA pubblica DigiCert CA, utilizza l'algoritmo di cifratura SHA-512. Con l’occasione vi informiamo che il Registro.it, al fine di rendere indipendente il client EPP dai certificati SSL utilizzati nel servizio EPP, ha rilasciato una nuova versione del client EPP che non fa piu’ uso del file “trusted.keystore”, contenente la chiave pubblica del servizio EPP del Registro .it. Il nuovo client (epp-client-1.17.0-20200513.zip) e’ stato pubblicato nel repository https://epp-doc.nic.it/. Al fine di non creare disagi a coloro che utilizzano l’attuale client del Registro e, al fine di consentirgli una migrazione non repentina verso l’adozione del nuovo client, e’ stato generato e pubblicato, sempre nel repository https://epp-doc.nic.it/, un nuovo file trusted.keystore, denominato “trusted.keystore_20141118_202241118_sha512”, contenente la nuova chiave pubblica del Registro .it. Il nuovo certificato e’ stato pubblicato anche in formato PEM nelle due estensioni .pem e .cer (nic.it_20200406_20220722_sha512.pem e nic.it_20200406_20220722_sha512.cer rispettivamente). The new certificate, released by the public CA DigiCert CA, uses the SHA-512 encryption algorithm. We would like to inform you that Registro.it, in order to make the EPP client independent from the SSL certificates used in the EPP service, has released a new version of the EPP client that no longer uses the "trusted.keystore" file, containing the public key of the Registro .it EPP service. A tutti i Registrar, il 15 luglio alle 15:00 prende il via la nuova edizione del road show Piccole Medie Digitali in diretta Facebook e YouTube sui canali del Registro .it. Prima puntata dedicata a come sta cambiando il turismo e come il web puo' aiutare imprese e operatori del turismo a voltare pagina o a realizzare nuovi traguardi. Obiettivo del progetto e’ parlare delle opportunita’ della Rete e della trasformazione digitale alle micro, piccole e medie imprese italiane per consegnare al pubblico le chiavi per comprendere e affrontare la trasformazione digitale, promuovere business e competitivita’. Sotto i riflettori avremo come sempre anche i nomi a dominio .it, potenziati da strumenti e strategie di marketing pensati appositamente per imprese di micro, piccole o medie dimensioni. In ogni puntata Gianluca Diegoli conversera' con esperti di settore e imprenditori per capire quale possa essere il ruolo del digitale per superare il momento attuale e rilanciare l’attivita', cercando di dare consigli "pratici". A tutti i Registrar, il Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche al fine di fornire supporto e sostegno al sistema Paese in questa grave situazione emergenziale che sta caratterizzando il panorama italiano e internazionale a causa del Covid-19, ha deliberato una riduzione da 4 a 3 euro delle tariffe specificate all’art. 20, comma 2, punto I) del Contratto IIT- Registro.it - Registrar 2019 – 2022 per il solo periodo 1° Luglio 2020 – 31 dicembre 2020. Il punto I) comma 2, dell’art. 20, Tariffe per l’attività di mantenimento dei nomi a dominio nel ccTLD .it e nel SLD edu per il periodo 1 luglio - 31 dicembre 2020 è così modificata: “omissis….a) 3,00 (tre/00) euro oltre IVA di legge per ogni nome a dominio registrato e non rimborsabile; omissis….”. A tutti i Registrar, in riferimento alle comunicazioni inviate alla lista registrars(a)nic.it il 24 marzo 2020 (ticket n. 2020032450003959 e oggetto "Sospensione del costo di mantenimento dei nomi a dominio .it") e il 29 aprile 2020 (ticket n. 2020042950004009 e oggetto "Proroga del periodo di sospensione del costo di mantenimento dei nomi a dominio .it"), vi informiamo che il periodo di sospensione dei pagamenti relativi ai rinnovi dei nomi a dominio terminera' il 30 giugno prossimo. Pertanto, dal 1 luglio p.v., il Registro .it provvedera' ad addebitare al Registrar il costo di mantenimento dei nomi a dominio rinnovati a partire da tale data. Per quanto riguarda, invece, i costi di mantenimento non addebitati nel periodo 27 marzo - 30 giugno, durante la prima settimana di luglio il Registro .it comunichera’ ai Registrar il piano di rientro previsto. Vi ricordiamo, infine, che sul portale RAIN (https://rain.nic.it), nella sezione “Pagamenti e Fatturazione / Operazioni Rinnovo Non Addebitate” e’prevista la funzionalita', per il Registrar, di ottenere il numero delle operazioni di rinnovo che sono state effettuate a partire dal 27 marzo 2020, i relativi costi di mantenimento non addebitati al Registrar, il suo credito attuale e l'elenco dei nomi a dominio che sono stati automaticamente rinnovati. Therefore, from 1 July, the .it Registry will charge the Registrar with the cost of maintaining the domain names renewed from that date. As regards the domain names renewed in the period from March 27 to June 30 and for which the relative maintenance costs have not been charged, during the first week of July the Registro .it will send a communication to the Registrars containing the debt rescheduling plan. Finally we remind you that on the RAIN portal (https://rain.nic.it), in the "Payment and Billing / Renewal Operations Not Charged" Section, a new functionality has been introduced that allows the Registrar to obtain the number of renewal operations which were carried out starting from March 27, 2020, the related maintenance costs not charged to the Registrar, its current credit and the list of domain names that have been automatically renewed. A tutti i Registrar, vi informiamo che, in previsione della scadenza (2 giugno 2020) dell'attuale certificato SSL del servizio EPP di produzione, lunedì 25 maggio, alle ore 14:00, il Registro.it provvedera’ a sostituire il certificato SSL sui server epp.nic.it, epp-deleted.nic.it, epp-acc1.nic.it, epp-acc3.nic.it e epp-acc4.nic.it. Il nuovo certificato, rilasciato dalla CA pubblica DigiCert CA, utilizza l'algoritmo di cifratura SHA-512. Con l’occasione vi informiamo che il Registro.it, al fine di rendere indipendente il client EPP dai certificati SSL utilizzati nel servizio EPP, ha rilasciato una nuova versione del client EPP che non fa piu’ uso del file “trusted.keystore”, contenente la chiave pubblica del servizio EPP del Registro .it. Il nuovo client (epp-client-1.17.0-20200513.zip) e’ stato pubblicato nel repository https://epp-doc.nic.it/. Al fine di non creare disagi a coloro che utilizzano l’attuale client del Registro e, al fine di consentirgli una migrazione non repentina verso l’adozione del nuovo client, e’ stato generato e pubblicato, sempre nel repository https://epp-doc.nic.it/, un nuovo file trusted.keystore, denominato “trusted.keystore_20141118_202241118_sha512”, contenente la nuova chiave pubblica del Registro .it. Il nuovo certificato e’ stato pubblicato anche in formato PEM nelle due estensioni .pem e .cer (nic.it_20200406_20220722_sha512.pem e nic.it_20200406_20220722_sha512.cer rispettivamente). I file “trusted.keystore_20141118_202241118_sha512”, "nic.it_20200406_20220722_sha512.pem” e "nic.it_20200406_20220722_sha512.cer" saranno rimossi dal repository il 31 luglio 2020. The new certificate has also been published in PEM format in the two extensions .pem and .cer (nic.it_20200406_20220722_sha512.pem and nic.it_20200406_20220722_sha512.cer respectively). The files "trusted.keystore_20141118_202241118_sha512", "nic.it_20200406_20220722_sha512.pem" and "nic.it_20200406_20220722_sha512.cer" will be removed from the repository on July 31, 2020.
