Durante tale orario non saranno possibili operazioni di nuove registrazioni, modifica dei domini e dei contatti, modifica del Registrar, del Registrante, ecc. e, di conseguenza, il servizio EPP sarà disattivato. Resteranno invece accessibili i servizi che consentono operazioni di interrogazione del database (Whois, DAS, portale RAIN, ecc.). A tutti i Registrar, il Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche, al fine di fornire supporto e sostegno al sistema Paese in questa grave situazione emergenziale che sta caratterizzando il panorama italiano e internazionale a causa del Covid-19, ha deliberato la proroga della riduzione da 4 a 3 euro delle tariffe specificate all’art. 20, comma 2, punto I) del Contratto IIT-Registro.it - Registrar 2019 – 2022, per il periodo 1 gennaio 2021 – 30 giugno 2021. Il punto I) comma 2, dell’art. 20, Tariffe per l’attività di mantenimento dei nomi a dominio nel ccTLD .it e nel SLD edu, per il periodo 1 gennaio 2021 – 30 giugno 2021 è così modificata: “omissis….a) 3,00 (tre/00) euro oltre IVA di legge per ogni nome a dominio registrato e non rimborsabile; omissis….”. A tutti i Registrar, A partire dal 1 gennaio 2021, il Regno Unito uscirà definitivamente dall’Unione Europea, esaurito il periodo di transizione iniziato lo scorso 31 gennaio, divenendo a tutti gli effetti uno Stato terzo. Considerato che il tema della BREXIT è in continua evoluzione e che, ad oggi, non è ancora chiaro lo scenario definitivo, il Registro .it si riserva comunque la possibilità di analizzare l’accordo UE/Regno Unito al fine di definire una politica di registrazione dei nomi a dominio nel ccTLD .it. In attesa dell’accordo definitivo, si ricorda che il Regno Unito potrà ancora registrare i nomi a dominio nel ccTLD .it. alla stregua dei soggetti che sono cittadini, residenti o domiciliati nei Paesi dello Spazio Economico Europeo (SEE), nello Stato del Vaticano, nella Repubblica di San Marino e nella Confederazione Svizzera. A tutti i Registrar, in riferimento alla comunicazione inviata alla lista registrars(a)nic.it il 9 luglio 2020 (ticket n. 2020070950004881 e avente come oggetto "Tempistiche addebiti costi di rinnovo dei nomi a dominio"), vi ricordiamo che il 23 novembre 2020 il Registro .it provvederà ad addebitare ai Registrar i costi di mantenimento dei nomi a dominio rinnovati nel periodo 1 giugno - 1 luglio compresi 2020. Vi invitiamo a consultare il portale RAIN (https://rain.nic.it) dove, nella sezione “Pagamenti e Fatturazione / Operazioni Rinnovo Non Addebitate”, potrete visualizzare il numero delle operazioni di rinnovo che sono state effettuate nel suddetto periodo, i relativi costi di mantenimento non addebitati, il credito disponibile e l'elenco dei nomi a dominio che sono stati rinnovati. Se dal controllo effettuato sul portale il prepagato dovesse risultare incapiente e quindi non disponibile alla data di addebito indicata nella presente comunicazione, il Registrar dovrà anticipatamente provvedere ad effettuare un bonifico o un pagamento con carta di credito. L’eventuale mancata capienza economica nelle date stabilite potrebbe comportare la sospensione del servizio al Registrar, fino alla reintegrazione del credito necessario. We invite you to consult the RAIN portal (https://rain.nic.it) where, in the "Payment and Billing / Renewal Operations Not Charged" section, you can view the number of renewal operations that have been carried out during the above mentioned period, the related maintenance costs not charged, the available credit and the list of domain names that have been renewed. If the check carried out by the Registrar on the portal, shows that the credit is insufficient to cover the renewal costs at the date of debit indicated in this communication, the Registrar must make a wire transfer or payment by credit card. If the Registrar credit is unavailable on the established dates, the domain registration service may be suspended until the necessary credit is reinstated. The elections will take place according to the following calendar: Application phase: November 16th (10:00:00) - November 30th (23:59:59) Endorsement Phase: December 1st (00:00:00) - December 10th (23:59:59) Voting: December 14th (09:00:00) - December 16th (19:00:00) We also inform you that on the .it Registry Website, at the URL: https://www.nic.it/en/the-world-of-it/about-us and on the RAIN portal, in the Documents/Steering Committee section, the new Rules for the election of Registrar representatives within the CIR have been published, which no longer include the figure of the voter and therefore each Registrar can use its own Registrar user (Registrar Tag and related credentials) to create the candidate user, participate in the endorsement phase and cast the vote. In the aforementioned section of the RAIN-NG portal, slides containing summary information on the voting system for the election of the 2 Registrar representatives in the CIR are also available.
