Cari Registrar, desideriamo informarvi che il prossimo 30 aprile, dalle 11.00 alle 14.00, nell’Auditorium dell’Area della ricerca del Cnr di Pisa, si terra' un evento dedicato ai “40 anni di Internet in Italia”. La ricorrenza celebra il primo collegamento italiano alla Rete, realizzato il 30 aprile 1986 dal CNR di Pisa, segnando l’ingresso del nostro Paese nella rete globale. L’evento, dal taglio scientifico e istituzionale di alto profilo, vedra' la partecipazione delle autorita' locali, del Presidente del Cnr, Andrea Lenzi e di numerosi rappresentanti del mondo della ricerca e dell’innovazione, esperti in particolare sui temi dell’intelligenza artificiale e delle tecnologie quantistiche. A quarant’anni da quel primo storico collegamento, Internet ha profondamente trasformato il nostro modo di comunicare, lavorare e fare ricerca: l’evento del 30 aprile si propone di andare oltre la dimensione celebrativa, per aprire una riflessione sul futuro di Internet come ecosistema intelligente, distribuito e sempre piu' integrato con l’intelligenza artificiale e le tecnologie quantistiche. This anniversary celebrates the first Italian connection to the Internet, established on 30 April 1986 by the CNR of Pisa, marking Italy’s entry into the global network. The event, with a high-level scientific and institutional profile, will be attended by local authorities, the President of the CNR, Andrea Lenzi, and numerous representatives from the research and innovation community, with particular expertise in the fields of artificial intelligence and quantum technologies. Forty years after that first historic connection, the Internet has profoundly transformed the way we communicate, work, and conduct research. The event on 30 April aims to go beyond the celebratory dimension and open a reflection on the future of the Internet as an intelligent, distributed ecosystem, increasingly integrated with artificial intelligence and quantum technologies.
