Durante tale orario non saranno possibili operazioni di nuove registrazioni, modifica dei domini e dei contatti, modifica del Registrar, del Registrante, ecc. e, di conseguenza, il servizio EPP sarà disattivato. Resteranno invece accessibili i servizi che consentono operazioni di interrogazione del database (Whois, DAS, portale RAIN, ecc.).
