Gentili Registrar, si informa che il CNR sta affrontando un importante passaggio ad un nuovo sistema gestionale economico a partire dal Gennaio 2025. Per poter effettuare questa transizione il CNR dovrà mettere in atto una chiusura anticipata della fatturazione, che coinvolgerà naturalmente anche l’IIT-Registro .it. Quindi, si avvisano i Registrar che il Registro .it riuscirà ad emettere fattura per i pagamenti effettuati entro il 20 dicembre 2024. Qualora il pagamento dovesse avvenire nell’ultima decade di dicembre, il Registro .it provvederà ad emettere la relativa fattura a partire da Gennaio 2025. A tutti i Registrar a Pisa ritorna l’Internet Festival, con la quattordicesima edizione 2024 e una nuova parola chiave #generazione, termine dalle varie accezioni: il processo naturale e biologico per cui gli esseri viventi si riproducono, la demarcazione tra generazioni stesse ed epoche, allo stesso tempo un ponte temporale tra le varie fasi dell’umanita', fino ad oggi con i nuovi contenuti creati dall’IA, che tenta di imitare l’ingegno e l’abilita' dell’uomo. Alla manifestazione non potevano mancare il Registro .it, uno dei promotori e ideatori della Kermesse dedicata alla Rete, e la Ludoteca del Registro .it con seminari e laboratori ad hoc. A tutti i Registrar, vi ricordiamo che domani, 23 maggio, saranno rinnovati i certificati SSL degli EPP di produzione del Registro (epp.nic.it/epp-deleted.nic.it), come da mail inviata a questa lista in data 8 maggio scorso e di seguito allegata. Considerato che, dai controlli effettuati, risultano ancora alcuni Registrar che utilizzano i protocolli TLS 1.0 e TLS 1.1, il passaggio definitivo lato server ai protocolli TLS 1.2 e TLS 1.3, con conseguente disattivazione delle versioni 1.0 e 1.1, sara’ effettuato lunedì 27 maggio. Considering that, from the checks carried out, there are still some Registrars who use the TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1 protocols, the definitive transition on the server side to the TLS 1.2 and TLS 1.3 protocols, with consequent deactivation of the 1.0 and 1.1 versions, will be carried out on Monday 27 May. Vi ricordiamo anche che il Registro .it, al fine di rendere indipendente il client EPP dai certificati SSL utilizzati nel servizio EPP, nelle ultime versioni della libreria client EPP non fa più uso del file “trusted.keystore” contenente la chiave pubblica del certificato relativo al servizio EPP. A tutti i Registrar, vi informiamo che lunedì 27 maggio 2024, alle ore 10:00, sul portale https://elections-cir.nic.it, raggiungibile anche tramite il portale RAIN (https://rain-ng.nic.it) - sezione “Elezione Rappresentanti del CIR", sarà attivata la procedura di elezione dei due rappresentanti dei Registrar nel Comitato di Indirizzo del Registro. Le elezioni si svolgeranno secondo il seguente calendario: Fase di Candidatura: 27 maggio (ore 10:00:00) - 10 giugno (ore 23:59:59) Fase di Endorsement: 11 giugno (ore 00:00:00) - 20 giugno (ore 23:59:59) Votazione: 24 giugno (ore 09:00:00) - 26 giugno (ore 19:00:00) Vi ricordiamo inoltre, che sul sito web del Registro, al link: https://www.nic.it/it/il-mondo-del-it/chi-siamo e sul portale RAIN, nella sezione Documenti/Comitato di Indirizzo, sono stati pubblicati il nuovo Regolamento per le elezioni dei rappresentanti dei Registrar nel CIR e le slide del nuovo sistema di votazione sviluppato dal Registro .it.
