A tutti i Registrar, vi informiamo che oggi, 20 febbraio 2013, e' stato pubblicato sul sito Web del Registro (http://www.nic.it) e sul portale RAIN (https://rain.nic.it) il nuovo "Regolamento di assegnazione e gestione dei nomi a dominio nel ccTLD .it v7.0". Il nuovo Regolamento, prodotto nell'ambito delle attivita' del Gruppo di Lavoro sul Regolamento (GLR) del Comitato di Indirizzo del Registro (CIR) e approvato da quest'ultimo, differisce dalla Versione 6.2 attualmente in uso per i seguenti principali elementi: - eliminazione di tutte le parti facenti riferimento al sistema di registrazione asincrono (definizioni, soggetti, procedura di registrazione, stati, coesistenza dei due sistemi di registrazione, ecc.); - rivisitazione dei paragrafi relativi ai nomi a dominio riservati e assegnabili solo a specifiche categorie di registranti, con particolare riferimento ai nomi a dominio corrispondenti ai gTLD; - riorganizzazione generale del documento al fine di renderlo piu' facilmente leggibile e fruibile. Il nuovo Regolamento entrera' in funzione il 20 marzo 2013. Cordiali saluti, lo staff del Registro .it ========================================================================== To all Registrars, we inform you that today February 20, 2013 the "Regulation of assignment and management of domain names in the ccTLD .it version 7.0" has been published on the Web site of the Registry, (http://www.nic.it) and on the RAIN portal (https://rain.nic.it). The new Regulation, produced as part of the activities of the Working Group of Regulation (GLR) of the Steering Committee of the Registry (CIR) and approved by it, differs from Version 6.2 currently in use for the following main elements: - Elimination of all parts referring to the Asynchronous registration system (definitions, subjects, registration procedure, statuses, coexistence of the two registration systems, and so on). - Revision of the sections relating to reserved domain names and assignable only to specific categories of Registrants, with particular reference to domain names corresponding to gTLDs; - General reorganization of the document in order to make it more readable and usable. The new Regulation will come into effect on March 20, 2013. A tutti i Registrar, vi informiamo che il Registro .it, come gia' avvenne per le scuole aquilane nel giugno del 2010, ha contribuito alla nascita di un'aula informatica per i bambini delle zone alluvionate della Liguria e in particolare per la scuola primaria e dell'infanzia del comune di Rocchetta di Vara (provincia di La Spezia). Al fine di offrire una concreto aiuto ai bambini e agli studenti di quelle zone sono stati messi a disposizione 15 computer portatili, 16 monitor, una lavagna multimediale e due stampanti. L'inaugurazione ufficiale si terra' il 31 gennaio. Alla cerimonia inaugurale della scuola e dell'aula informatica saranno presenti: Riccardo Barotti - sindaco di Rocchetta di Vara, Lorenzo Dellai - presidente della Provincia autonoma di Trento, Claudio Burlando - Governatore della Regione Liguria e Domenico Laforenza - responsabile del Registro .it e direttore dello Iit-Cnr. Cordiali saluti, lo staff del Registro .it ================================================ To all Registrars, We would like to inform you that the Italian Registry, as was done for schools Aquila in June 2010, has contributed to a computer room for children in the flooded areas of Liguria, and in particular for primary schools in the town of Rocchetta di Vara (La Spezia). In order to provide concrete help to the children in the area the following have been made available: 15 laptops, 6 monitors, a multimedia whiteboard, and two printers. The official opening will take place on January 31. The following people will take part at the opening ceremony of the school or the computer: Riccardo Barotti - Mayor Rocchetta di Vara, Lorenzo Dellai - the President of the Autonomous Province of Trento, Claudio Burlando - the Governor of the Region of Liguria, and Domenico Laforenza – head of the Italian Registry and director of IIT-CNR. A tutti i Registrar, con riferimento all'attivita' di registrazione e gestione dei nomi a dominio .it, si informano tutti i Registrar che, a causa delle operazioni di chiusura dell'esercizio finanziario 2012 dell'Ente, il Registro .it non potra' emettere fatture successivamente al 20 dicembre prossimo. Pertanto i versamenti effettuati dopo il 20 dicembre verranno fatturati nell'esercizio 2013 fermo restando il fatto che il credito del Registrar sara' aggiornato alla data di maturazione dello stesso sulla base dei dati contabili in nostro possesso. A tutti i Registrar, considerato che il contratto in essere scadra' il 31 dicembre 2012 e che il confronto fra il Registro e le rappresentanze delle Associazioni Registrar richiede ulteriori approfondimenti su importanti questioni contrattuali, che necessitano percio' di margini temporali maggiori rispetto alla data sopra indicata, questo Registro comunica che sara' modificato il termine di scadenza del contratto in vigore. Pertanto l'attuale contratto Registrar sara' prorogato sino al 30 aprile 2013. All'indomani della prevista riunione del 6 dicembre prossimo, nella quale saranno spiegati gli elementi fondamentali dell'attivita' svolta dal Registro nell'anno in corso e le prospettive future con riferimento agli aspetti di ricerca, di servizio, economici e di tariffazione, sara' messo a disposizione dei Registrar il documento necessario a perfezionare la modifica dei termini contrattuali, con le relative indicazioni pratiche. In particolare, sono adesso disponibili informazioni sulla distribuzione dei registranti per continente e per nazione e, nel caso dell'Italia anche per macro area (nord, centro e sud), per regione e per provincia. Sempre per l'Italia, e' possibile ottenere, per ogni principale operazione sui nomi a dominio .it, la distribuzione dei registranti in base alla loro tipologia (persone fisiche, societa', liberi professionisti, enti no-profit, enti pubblici, altri soggetti). Tutti i dati sono aggiornati al giorno precedente.
