A tutti i Registrar, vi informiamo che, sul sito Web del Registro (http://www.nic.it) e nel portale RAIN (https://rain.nic.it), sono stati pubblicati i nuovi Regolamenti ("Regolamento di assegnazione e gestione dei nomi a dominio nel ccTLD .it v.7.1" e "Regolamento risoluzione delle dispute v.2.1") e le nuove Linee Guida ("Linee Guida tecniche v.2.1" e "Linee Guida legali v.3.1). Le modifiche al "Regolamento di assegnazione e gestione dei nomi a dominio nel ccTLD .it v.7.1" e alle "Linee Guida tecniche v.2.1" recepiscono le nuove funzionalità/innovazioni tecnologiche apportate al sistema di registrazione del Registro: 1) estensione degli IDN alle 24 lingue ufficiali dell’Unione Europea; 2) modifica della durata del periodo di pendingTransfer; 3) invio, ai contatti billing del Registrar, di e-mail conseguenti alla procedura di calcolo della soglia di credito; 4) rimozione del vincolo temporale di 30 giorni legato allo stato inactive/dnsHold; 5) descrizione del servizio Whois nelle Linee guida tecniche; 6) eliminazione dei campi name e contactID dalla vista Whois; 7) modifica del timeout della sessione EPP. Le principali modifiche apportate al "Regolamento risoluzione delle dispute v.2.1" e alle "Linee Guida legali v.3.1" sono le seguenti: 1) introduzione di due nuovi casi di possibile richiesta di cancellazione di un nome a dominio da parte del Registrante; 2) possibilità di invio, per i soli Registranti residenti all’estero, del reclamo per corriere espresso. Sia i Regolamenti che le Linee Guida entreranno in funzione il 3 novembre 2014. The main modifications made to the "Dispute Resolution. Regulations Version 2.1" and "Legal Guidelines Version 3.1" are the following: 1) introduction of two new types of cancellation request for a domain name by the Registrant; 2) only for Registrants living abroad there is the possibility of sending a claim via express courier; Both the Regulations that the Guidelines will come into operation on November 3, 2014.
