A tutti i Registrar, si ricorda, come già indicato nella comunicazione del 27 aprile 2016 alla lista registrars(a)nic.it, che a decorrere dal 1 maggio 2016 è in vigore il nuovo Contratto Registrar, con effetto dal 1 maggio 2016 e termine il 30 aprile 2019. Il Contratto deve essere inviato al Registro entro il prossimo 30 giugno. Vi invitiamo quindi a procedere il prima possibile con il suo invio in modo da poter gestire per tempo il processo di rinnovo. Il Contratto è disponibile sul sito del Registro, nella sezione “Diventare Registrar” (http://www.nic.it/registrar/diventare-registrar). A tutti i Registrar, vi informiamo che, in data 1 maggio 2016, entrera’ in vigore il nuovo contratto Registro-Registrar pubblicato sul sito web del Registro all’indirizzo http://www.nic.it/registrar/diventare-registrar. Conseguentemente sono state aggiornate le Linee Guida tecniche relativamente a: - eliminazione della soglia minima di credito necessaria al Registrar per il mantenimento dei propri nomi a dominio (ad oggi fissata a 4 giorni); - possibilita’, per un Registrar sospeso, di poter recuperare i nomi a dominio dallo stato di pendingDelete/redemptionPeriod e di effettuare le operazioni di modifica semplice sui nomi a dominio da esso mantenuti e sui relativi contatti. Tutte le suddette modifiche comportano un vantaggio per i Registrar rispetto a quanto attualmente in vigore. Le nuove Linee Guida tecniche saranno pubblicate sul sito web del Registro e sul portale RAIN lunedi 2 maggio. Therefore, the Technical Guidelines have been updated for what concerns: - Elimination of the minimum credit threshold needed to the Registrar for the maintenance of its domain names (currently set to 4 days); - Possibility for a suspended Registrar, to be able to recover domain names from pendingDelete / redemptionPeriod status and carry out simple change operations on domain names and related contacts. All these changes will result in benefit to the Registrar than is currently in force. The new Technical Guidelines will be published on the Registry website and on the RAIN Portal on Monday, May 2. All these changes will result in all these changes are a significant improvement for the Registrars, compared to what is currently in force. A tutti i Registrar, si comunica che sul sito web del Registro .it alla url https://www.nic.it/reg-pm/contratto2016/contrattoRegistrar.html è disponibile il nuovo contratto Registrar con effetto dal 1 maggio 2016 e termine il 30 aprile 2019. Il contratto potrà essere sottoscritto con firma digitale o firma olografa ed inviato per posta elettronica certificata all'indirizzo registro(a)pec.nic.it, oppure con raccomandata e ricevuta di ritorno al seguente indirizzo: Istituto di Informatica e Telematica - Area della Ricerca di Pisa, Registro .it, Via Giuseppe Moruzzi, 1 - 56124 PISA entro il 30 giugno 2016. Il contratto potrà essere sottoscritto, fin da subito, con gli allegati A, riferito alla licenza di marchio e B, relativo alle norme di buona condotta, oppure potrà essere firmato soltanto il contratto e successivamente uno o entrambi i suddetti documenti, se il Registrar decide di aderirvi, prelevandoli dal portale RAIN, nella sezione Documenti. Tutti i documenti devono essere sottoscritti sia per accettazione del loro contenuto che per accettazione delle clausole vessatorie. Per quanto riguarda le norme di buona condotta, la mancata sottoscrizione delle stesse entro la data sopra riportata comporterà la rimozione del codice Coc associato al TAG Registrar. Relativamente al contratto di licenza, anch'esso dovrà essere sottoscritto entro il 30 giugno prossimo; il Registrar che non ha intenzione di utilizzare i marchi del Registro deve cancellarli da tutti i materiali pubblicitari sia cartacei che in forma elettronica. Per una migliore gestione documentale si chiede, laddove possibile, di sottoscrivere il contratto e gli eventuali allegati A e B con firma digitale, usando il sistema di firma Pades e di trasmetterli via PEC. A tutti i Registrar, si comunica che a decorrere dal 27 aprile prossimo sara’ disponibile sul sito del Registro, nella sezione “Diventare Registrar” (http://www.nic.it/registrar/diventare-registrar), il nuovo contratto Registrar con effetto dal 1 maggio 2016 e termine il 30 aprile 2019. Il contratto dovrà essere compilato tramite l’apposito form online e potrà essere sottoscritto con firma digitale o firma olografa ed inviato per posta elettronica certificata all'indirizzo registro(a)pec.nic.it, oppure con raccomandata e ricevuta di ritorno al seguente indirizzo: Istituto di Informatica e Telematica, Registro .it, Via Antonio Moruzzi, 1 - 56100 PISA entro il 30 giugno 2016.
