Cari Registrar, vi comunichiamo che il Meeting annuale Registro Registrar in programma il 15 maggio prossimo è stato cancellato a causa di un numero di iscritti molto limitato. Le scarse iscrizioni sono dovute probabilmente all'attuale contesto internazionale che sta generando incertezza e possibili aumenti dei costi di missione, portando molte aziende a ridurre drasticamente le trasferte. Sentito il parere della CIR si è ritenuto opportuno spostare la data di svolgimento presumibilmente alla fine di ottobre 2026. Ci scusiamo per il disagio arrecato. Following consultation with the Steering Committee of the Registro (CIR), it was deemed appropriate to postpone the event, likely to the end of October 2026. La ricorrenza celebra il primo collegamento italiano alla Rete, realizzato il 30 aprile 1986 dal CNR di Pisa, segnando l’ingresso del nostro Paese nella rete globale. L’evento, dal taglio scientifico e istituzionale di alto profilo, vedra' la partecipazione delle autorita' locali, del Presidente del Cnr, Andrea Lenzi e di numerosi rappresentanti del mondo della ricerca e dell’innovazione, esperti in particolare sui temi dell’intelligenza artificiale e delle tecnologie quantistiche. L’intervento durera’ pochi minuti, ma tuttavia cio’ comportera’ una breve interruzione del servizio con conseguente perdita delle sessioni attive dei Registrar.
