A tutti i Registrar, con la presente Vi informiamo che da oggi all'interno della sezione "Corsi" del portale RAIN (https://rain.nic.it/), e' disponibile la lista di tutti i corsi in programma per il 2012 (Posta Elettronica, Sicurezza Informatica, Drupal: un CMS flessibile e evoluto, Legale sugli aspetti giuridici e procedurali del Registro .it: Regolamento di assegnazione e gestione dei nomi a dominio nel ccTLD .it, Regolamento di risoluzione delle dispute nel ccTLD .it e relative linee guida. Condizioni e termini del contratto Registrar, L'attivita' di registrazione di nomi a dominio fra normative di e-commerce, evoluzioni delle tecnologie di cloud computing e trattamento dati, Aspetti regolamentari per i Registrar e Aspetti tecnici per i Registrar). Da oggi e' disponibile il form per l'iscrizione al corso Posta Elettronica in programma Pisa nel mese di marzo. I form per l'iscrizione agli altri corsi saranno disponibili alcune settimane prima della data di svolgimento di ogni corso e ne sara' data informazione tramite l'invio di un messaggio su questa lista. Per i corsi: Legale sugli aspetti giuridici e procedurali del Registro .it: Regolamento di assegnazione e gestione dei nomi a dominio nel ccTLD .it, Regolamento di risoluzione delle dispute nel ccTLD .it e relative linee guida. Condizioni e termini del contratto Registrar, L'attivita' di registrazione di nomi a dominio fra normative di e-commerce, evoluzioni delle tecnologie di cloud computing e trattamento dati, Aspetti regolamentari per i Registrar e Aspetti tecnici per i Registrar, sara' possibile iscrivere due nominativi per Registrar. Per i corsi, Sicurezza Informatica, Drupal: un CMS flessibile e evoluto, Posta Elettronica sara' possibile iscrivere un solo nominativo per Registrar. La lingua di lavoro dei corsi sara' l'italiano. Tenendo conto del numero di iscrizioni e delle richieste, il Registro si riserva il diritto di annullare, modificare o aggiungere alcune date, comunicandolo con preavviso di almeno cinque giorni lavorativi sul sito Web e direttamente via e-mail a coloro che si fossero gia' iscritti. Starting from today, it is possible to apply to the course Electronic Mail due to take place in Pisa, on March. The application forms for the others courses will be available some weeks before the date of the beginning of each course and we will give you all the relevant information through a message to the Registrars mailing list. We would like to remind you that only two people for each Registrar can apply to Legal and procedural aspects of the Registro.it: Rules of assignment and management of domain names in the ccTLD.it, Regulations for dispute resolution in the ccTLD.it and related guidelines. Only one person for each Registrar can apply to Electronic Mail, Information Security and Drupal: a flexible and evolved CMS. The courses will be held in Italian. La nuova versione non comporta alcuna modifica alle interazioni di tipo client-server, ma risolve alcuni problemi derivanti da situazioni di concorrenza. A tutti i Registrar, come alcuni di voi avranno certamente constatato, nella notte di sabato 4 febbraio si sono verificati alcuni malfunzionamenti del server EPP del Registro, problemi che sono stati risolti verso le ore 13:30 dello stesso giorno. Ci scusiamo, pertanto, per gli eventuali disagi che si fossero verificati. Con l'occasione vi informiamo anche che nei prossimi giorni sara' rilasciata una nuova versione del server EPP che dovrebbe risolvere le problematiche riscontrate. Prima della messa in produzione, tale versione sara' comunque resa disponibile sulla piattaforma di test (epp-pub-test.nic.it) previa opportuna comunicazione. We apologize for any disservice that may have occurred. We therefore inform you that in the next days a new version of the EPP server that should overcome the aforementioned problems, will be released. Before coming into force, such version will be made available on the test environment (pub-test.nic.it) following proper communication. A tutti i Maintainer/Registrar, Vi informiamo che, ancora una volta, ci giungono numerose segnalazioni di utenti che hanno ricevuto lettere da un sedicente "Registro italiano in Internet per le imprese" tramite le quali si chiede, apparentemente, la verifica dei dati relativi alla propria attivita': i moduli sono in realta' una proposta di contratto per adesione per la fornitura di un servizio a pagamento. L'Istituto di Informatica e Telematica del Cnr che gestisce il Registro .it e' del tutto estraneo a tale iniziativa e avviera', ancora una volta, le azioni necessarie per la tutela dell'eventuale diritto leso. L'Autorita' garante della concorrenza e del mercato (http://www.agcm.it) ha piu' volte sanzionato analoghe iniziative in quanto fattispecie di pubblicita' ingannevole. Vi raccomandiamo quindi di farvi parte diligente nei confronti dei vostri clienti, fornendo adeguata informazione in merito. Il Direttore IIT-CNR Dott. Domenico Laforenza =========================================================================== To all Maintainers/Registrars, we would like to inform you once again a great deal of users notices are arriving at the Registry: the users have received some letters from another entity, the so-called "Registro italiano in Internet per le imprese", which, through surface-mail mailings, (seemingly to ask the verifications of the data dealing with user activities) proposes a contract to adhere to in order to receive a service after payment. The Institute of Informatics and Telematics of the CNR that manages the .it Registry is not in the least involved with this initiative and have prepared again the necessary actions to protect any rights that might have been infringed. The Italian Competition Authorities (http://www.agcm.it) has repeatedly issued fines - for analogous initiatives as case in point of misleading messages - against DAD Deutscher Adressdienst. We therefore suggest you to assume the diligent responsibility of informing your clients and giving them adequate information in this regard.
