A tutti i Registrar, desideriamo informarvi che sul sito del Registro (www.registro.it) sono state pubblicate tutte le news relative all'Internet Festival 2012 oltre che tutta la rassegna stampa ad esso correlata. All'interno dell'Internet Festival - in occasione dei 25 anni del Registro e del .it - e' stato lanciato il nuovo sito dedicato alla celebrazione di questa importante tappa: www.registro25.it. Inoltre, sempre in occasione della celebrazione ultra ventennale del Registro, la scorsa primavera e' stato indetto un contest che (attraverso www.zooppa.it) richiedeva esplicitamente di testimoniare il valore (e la potenza) della rete, in particolare di un dominio .it e dell'italianita'. A tutti i Registrar, desideriamo informarvi che dal 4 al 7 ottobre a Pisa prende il via l'Internet Festival, un appuntamento per scoprire ed esplorare gli scenari, le tendenze e gli sviluppi futuri della Rete. Internet Festival ha scelto come filo conduttore dell'edizione 2012 le "Forme di Futuro" su cui e' incentrato il programma ricco di eventi e incontri attraverso i quali indagare le connessioni, i legami, le relazioni che, grazie a Internet, ridisegnano il paesaggio sociale, culturale ed economico a livello globale. Il Festival, ad ingresso libero, e' promosso da Regione Toscana, Comune di Pisa, Cnr, Registro .it e Istituto di Informatica e Telematica del Cnr insieme a Camera di Commercio di Pisa, Provincia di Pisa, Universita' di Pisa, Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna, Scuola Normale Superiore e Associazione Festival della Scienza. Tre le aree tematiche in cui e' suddiviso il programma del Festival: Internet for Citizens (I4C) dedicata al tema della democrazia digitale, Internet for Makers (I4M) focalizzata sul tema delle imprese e dell'economia, Internet for Tellers (I4T) incentrata sulla Rete come veicolo di espressione e opinione. A tutti i Registrar, desideriamo aggiornarvi in relazione alla email inviata in data 5 luglio dal subject "Ict e Mobile: parte la StartCup Registro.it". Il lancio della StartCup e' stato un vero successo: sono pervenute 52 proposte strutturate e 32 idee in bozza. Tra le proposte gia' strutturate ne sono state selezionate otto, mentre sono dieci le idee innovative in bozza che hanno passato il turno. La presentazione delle idee finaliste si terra' a Pisa, sabato 6 ottobre, al Palazzo Reale, Lungarno Pacinotti, 46 - dalle ore 15,00 alle ore 18,00. Quali possibili investitori e protagonisti del settore Ict, siete invitati a partecipare alla presentazione della Start Cup del Registro .it: l'occasione e' unica e vi permettera' di conoscere idee innovative nel settore Ict e mobile e ampliare in tal modo i confini del vostro business. A tutti i Registrar, come preannunciato nei mesi di giugno e luglio su questa lista e specificato nell'apposito documento "Principali modifiche delle Linee Guida Tecniche v1.4", pubblicato in data 11 maggio 2012 sul portale RAIN (https://rain.nic.it) nella sezione "Documenti/Regolamenti", a decorrere da lunedi' 10 Settembre, il server EPP delRegistro non accettera' piu' richieste di "Login" contenenti i namespace extepp-1.0 e extdom-1.0. Tali namespace sono divenuti obsoleti in conseguenza del rilascio della nuova versione del server EPP avvenuta il 4 Luglio scorso. Vi ricordiamo che i nuovi namespace da indicare nella richiesta di "Login" sono rispettivamente extepp-2.0 e extdom-2.0 e che il namespace extdom-1.0 deve essere sostituito con extdom-2.0 anche nel comando di trasferimento di un dominio con contestuale modifica delRegistrante, piu' precisamente nell'estensione che definisce il nuovo Registrante. A tutti i Registrar, come preannunciato piu' volte durante le scorse settimane, alle ore 14:00 di domani 18 luglio 2012, la piattaforma epp-idn.nic.it dedicata al lancio degli IDN sara' dismessa. Pertanto, TUTTE le operazioni inerenti ai nomi a dominio IDN potranno essere effettuate sulle piattaforme epp.nic.it e epp-deleted.nic.it secondo le attuali regole di registrazione. Vi informiamo anche che, contestualmente, il numero di operazioni giornaliere di "check domain" effettuabili da un Registrar sulla piattaforma epp.nic.it sara' incrementato dalle attuali 6.000 a 20.000.
