Cari Registrar, siamo lieti di informarvi che, dal 4 al 6 giugno, il Registro .it sara' presente a BolognaFiere per partecipare all’edizione 2025 di We Make Future (WMF), fiera internazionale su Intelligenza Artificiale, Tecnologia e Digitale. WMF e' un appuntamento di tre giorni, che propone oltre 100 eventi tra formazione, business e intrattenimento, e si conferma come un acceleratore di cultura e innovazione. Una cornice ideale per parlare di trasformazione digitale e capire come affrontare i cambiamenti legati all’intelligenza artificiale e il loro impatto su marketing e business online. Come gia' accaduto in occasione del BTM di Bari, il Registro sara' presente a WMF con un proprio stand (C23, padiglione 30), dove sara' lieto di accogliere i Registrar che vorranno passare a incontrare web agency e marketer, per confrontarsi con loro su temi strategici come nomi a dominio, brand awareness e strategie di marketing digitale. Sara' un’occasione da non perdere, anche per ribadire che e' essenziale scegliere strategicamente un nome .it per presentarsi con un biglietto da visita unico, il “Made in Italy” digitale, simbolo inconfondibile di unicita', autenticita' e affidabilita' nel mercato globale. A tutti i Registrar, chiediamo la vostra attenzione per un passaggio particolare e delicato al momento della sottoscrizione dell’accettazione del nuovo contratto Registrar. Dopo aver generato il PDF/A tramite il form dedicato sul sito web del Registro, prima di firmarlo con la firma digitale PADES, vi chiediamo di controllare che il vostro programma di firma sia configurato in maniera tale da preservare il formato PDF/A al momento dell’apposizione della firma. Questo perché in alcuni programmi di firma tale impostazione non è predefinita e nel momento in cui viene firmata digitalmente l’accettazione contrattuale il documento viene alterato e non mantiene più il formato PDF/A. Come è noto, normativamente è previsto l’obbligo di mandare in conservazione di lunga durata solo i documenti in formato PDF/A. Inoltre, al fine di poter verificare che il documento generato dal form online non sia stato alterato, vi chiediamo di firmare tale documento e di inviarcelo senza aver apportato ad esso alcuna modifica. Il documento generato dal form online contiene, infatti, un allegato generato dal sistema che non deve essere eliminato. Infine, vi chiediamo di non inviare le accettazioni contrattuali sottoscritte in risposta a questa e-mail, ma di usare i canali tradizionali che vi sono stati comunicati, ossia tramite PEC (solo per i Registrar italiani) all’indirizzo registro(a)pec.nic.it, oppure via e-mail all’indirizzo hostmaster(a)nic.it. After generating the PDF/A via the dedicated form on the Registry website, before signing it with the PADES digital signature, we ask you to check that your signature program is configured to preserve the PDF/A format when applying the signature. This is because in some signature programs this setting is not predefined and when the contractual acceptance is digitally signed the document is altered and no longer maintains the PDF/A format. As is known, the law requires that only documents in PDF/A format be sent for long-term storage. A tutti i Registrar, si fa presente che da questo momento e' possibile perfezionare il contratto Registrar della durata di 18 mesi, dal 1 maggio 2025 al 31 ottobre 2026, che si configura come un contratto per adesione ai sensi dell’art.1341 cod. civ. concluso tramite scambio per corrispondenza, quindi con distinti atti di proposta e accettazione. Sul sito del Registro .it e' resa disponibile la proposta a contrarre https://www.nic.it/sites/default/files/documenti/2025/Proposta_di_contratto… che, avendo la forma di offerta al pubblico ai sensi dell’art.1336 cod.civ., assume rilevanza formale e sostanziale perche' firmata digitalmente in ogni sua parte dal Direttore dell’IIT – Registro .it e resa univoca dal protocollo n. 43541 del 14 febbraio 2025. Siete pertanto invitati a scaricarla, prenderne visione e, nel caso in cui sia Vostra intenzione perfezionare il contratto, vi chiediamo di provvedere a inviare l’accettazione della proposta, che si configura come una duplice, autonoma e sostanziale identica riproduzione documentale della proposta. I relativi e diversi diritti e obblighi delle parti scaturiscono dall’incontro delle volontà, ossia all’avvenuto compimento dello scambio dei due atti unilaterali. I passi da seguire per la conclusione di un contratto Registrar sono: 1) scaricare, visionare e conservare la proposta contrattuale firmata digitalmente dal Direttore del Registro .it https://www.nic.it/sites/default/files/documenti/2025/Proposta_di_contratto…; 2) accedere al form online https://www.nic.it/reg-pm per la compilazione guidata dell'accettazione della proposta; 3) i Registrar già accreditati ed operanti dovranno autenticarsi con le proprie credenziali mentre i nuovi dovranno entrare come “nuovi Registrar”; 4) compilare e verificare la correttezza dei dati nell'accettazione della proposta generata; 5) scaricare il file pdf/A contenente l’accettazione della proposta senza alterarne il contenuto; 6) sottoscrivere la proposta digitalmente, a cura del legale rappresentante dell'Organizzazione Registrar, con firme digitali figurative PADES (Registrar italiani e stranieri in possesso di firma digitale qualificata), oppure sottoscriverla con firme olografe (Registrar stranieri o italiani non dotati di firma digitale qualificata); 7) FIRME PER LA SOTTOSCRIZIONE: Le firme obbligatorie per la sottoscrizione del contratto Registrar 1 maggio 2025- 31 ottobre 2026 sono 3 e riguardano la sottoscrizione dell’accettazione della proposta contrattuale e la sottoscrizione dell’allegato B. Per l’Allegato A, invece, è facoltà del Registrar decidere se sottoscriverlo e la mancata firma non pregiudica la sottoscrizione del contratto. The Registration Contract May 1, 2025 - October 31, 2026. is configured as a Standard Contract, pursuant to Article 1341 of the Civil Code, which is concluded by exchange of mail, with a separate act of proposal and acceptance. The proposal to contract is available on the Registro. it website https://www.nic.it/sites/default/files/documenti/2025/Proposta_di_contratto…. The proposal is set up in the legal form of the public offer, in accordance with Article 1336 of the Civil Code. The proposal assumes a formal and substantial relevance as it is digitally signed by the Director of IIT - Registro .it and registered with the unique protocol number n. 43541 del 14 febbraio 2025. Please download the proposal and have sight. If your intention is to finalise the upon mentioned contract you need to send the acceptance, which is considered a duplicate copy as an authentic reproduction of the proposal itself. The rights and obligations of both parties arise from the willingness to enter into contract, that corresponds to the completion of the exchange of the two unilateral acts. The steps to follow to finalise the Registrar Contract are: 1. download, examine and store the proposed contract which is digitally signed by the Director of Registro .it https://www.nic.it/sites/default/files/documenti/2025/Proposta_di_contratto… 2. access the online prefilled form https://www.nic.it/reg-pm for the acceptance of the proposal; 3. Registrars already accredited have to access with its own credentials, whilst new users have to access as a new Registrar; 4. fill in and verify the accuracy of data in the acceptance of the generated proposal; 5. download the pdf version of the acceptance of the proposal without altering its contents; 6. undersign the proposal with figurative PADES electronic signatures (Italian and foreign Registrars who possess a qualified electronic signature) by the legal representative of the Registrar Organization, or undersign it with holographic signatures (Italian and foreign Registrars who do not possess a qualified electronic signature); 7. signatures for subscription: there are 3 mandatory signatures for subscribing the Registration Contract May 1, 2025 - October 31, 2026, namely, the acceptance of the contract proposal subscription and the Annex B subscription. For Annex A, on the other hand, it is up to the Registrar to decide whether to subscribe it; failure to sign does not affect the subscription of the contract. There are 3 mandatory signatures: - 2 mandatory signatures after Art. 44: 1 signature for acceptance of the contract proposal and 1 signature for subscribing the vexatious clauses; - 1 signature for subscribing Annex B - rules of good conduct. The optional signatures are 2 and concern Annex A (after paragraph 11): - 1 signature for subscribing the annex; - 1 signature for subscribing the vexatious clauses. 8. the acceptance of the digitally signed proposal must be sent via PEC (Italian Registrars) to registro(a)pec.nic.it or via email to hostmaster(a)nic.it. Please note that the acceptance sent via PEC, as well as via email, cannot contain scanned signatures.
