A tutti i Registrar, vi informiamo che il prossimo 23 maggio saranno rinnovati i certificati SSL degli EPP di produzione del Registro (epp.nic.it/epp-deleted.nic.it). Con l’occasione, vi comunichiamo che non saranno più accettate connessioni client che utilizzino i protocolli TLS 1.0 e TLS 1.1, deprecati dal marzo 2021 (vedi anche RFC 8996). Di conseguenza, sara’ attivata, lato server, la seguente configurazione: ssl_protocols TLSv1.2 TLSv1.3; ssl_ciphers ECDHE-ECDSA-AES128-GCM-SHA256:ECDHE-RSA-AES128-GCM-SHA256:ECDHE-ECDSA-AES256-GCM-SHA384:ECDHE-RSA-AES256-GCM-SHA384:ECDHE-ECDSA-CHACHA20-POLY1305:ECDHE-RSA-CHACHA20-POLY1305:DHE-RSA-AES128-GCM-SHA256:DHE-RSA-AES256-GCM-SHA384:DHE-RSA-CHACHA20-POLY1305 Vi consigliamo di verificare che le vostre configurazioni lato client siano compatibili con quanto sopra riportato. Vi ricordiamo anche che il Registro .it, al fine di rendere indipendente il client EPP dai certificati SSL utilizzati nel servizio EPP, nelle ultime versioni della libreria client EPP non fa più uso del file “trusted.keystore” contenente la chiave pubblica del certificato relativo al servizio EPP. On this occasion, we inform you that client connections using the TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1 protocols, deprecated since March 2021, will no longer be accepted (see also RFC 8996). A tutti i Registrar, vi informiamo che oggi, 19 aprile 2024, nella sezione “Moduli e Doc” del sito web del Registro.it, è stata pubblicata la versione 3.1 delle “Linee Guida Tecniche”: https://www.nic.it/sites/default/files/documenti/2024/Linee_Guida_Tecniche_… Le nuove Linee Guida Tecniche entreranno in vigore il 20 maggio 2024. Le modifiche, rispetto alla versione precedente, sono elencate nella sezione "Revisioni" del documento. Vi comunichiamo, inoltre, che il 20 maggio 2024 il sistema per la verifica dell’accuratezza dei dati dei Registranti entrerà in produzione. A tutti i Registrar, vi informiamo che lunedì 5 febbraio 2024 entrerà in produzione il sistema di autenticazione centralizzato utilizzato per l’accesso alle applicazioni del Registro dedicate ai Registrar (come da mail inviata su questa lista in data 20 novembre 2023). Vi ricordiamo che le principali modifiche apportate sono le seguenti: - al primo accesso al portale RAIN (https://rain.nic.it), viene richiesto agli utenti di completare il loro profilo inserendo nome, cognome e indirizzo email; - tutti gli indirizzi e-mail inseriti sono soggetti a verifica; - gli utenti hanno la possibilità di attivare l’autenticazione a 2 fattori (One Time Password o WebAuthn). La documentazione sul sistema di autenticazione centralizzato e sul suo utilizzo è disponibile sul portale RAIN: https://rain-ng.nic.it/ sezione “Documenti/Centralized Authentication”. A tutti i Registrar, vi informiamo che, sulla piattaforma di test del Registro .it, sono state apportate delle modifiche al sistema di autenticazione centralizzato utilizzato per l’accesso a tutte le applicazioni del Registro dedicate ai Registrar. Le principali modifiche sono le seguenti: - al primo accesso al portale RAIN (https://rain.pubtest.nic.it), agli utenti e’ richiesto di completare il loro profilo inserendo nome, cognome e indirizzo email; - tutti gli indirizzi e-mail inseriti sono soggetti a verifica; - e’ stato attivato il supporto per permettere agli utenti di attivare l’autenticazione a 2 fattori (One Time Password o WebAuthn).
