A tutti i Registrar, vi informiamo che, in concomitanza con lancio dell’IDN previsto nel prossimo mese di luglio la cui data esatta sarà comunicata su questa lista nei prossimi giorni, il Registro .it di concerto con il Comitato di Indirizzo del Registro (CIR), ha previsto l’apertura delle registrazioni a tutti i paesi SEE (i 27 paesi dell’Unione Europea insieme a Islanda, Liechtenstein e Norvegia), allo Stato del Vaticano, alla Repubblica di San Marino e alla Confederazione Svizzera. Di conseguenza sono state aggiornate le Linee Guida Tecniche e il documento contenente le varie modifiche introdotte rispetto alla versione attualmente in vigore. Le nuove Linee Guida e il documento contenente le principali modifiche sono pubblicati nella sezione Documenti/Regolamenti del portale RAIN (https://rain.nic.it). The Technical Guidelines and the document containing the main changes introduced were modified accordingly. The new Technical Guidelines and the document containing the main changes are published in the Documents/Regulations of the RAIN portal (https://rain.nic.it). A tutti i Registrar, vi informiamo che sulla piattaforma di test del Registro (epp-pub-test.nic.it e epp-deleted-pub-test.nic.it) e' disponibile la nuova versione del server EPP che entrera' in produzione in concomitanza con la pubblicazione del nuovo Regolamento di assegnazione dei nomi a dominio v6.2, prevista nel mese di luglio 2012. Le principali caratteristiche e funzionalità della nuova versione del server EPP sono evidenziate nelle nuove Linee Guida Tecniche v1.4 e in un apposito documento (Principali_modifiche_delle_Linee_Guida-Tecniche-v1.4.pdf) pubblicati sul portale RAIN (https://rain.nic.it) nella sezione "Documenti/Regolamenti". A tutti i Registrar, vi informiamo che, giovedì 19 aprile, sarà pubblicata la nuova sezione del sito Web del Registro .it relativa alle statistiche del .it, come anticipato durante la riunione annuale del Registro, tenutasi a Pisa il 1 dicembre 2011. La nuova sezione "statistiche" contiene, allo stato attuale, le principali informazioni inerenti ai nomi a dominio asincroni e sincroni (nuove registrazioni, cancellazioni, trasferimenti tra registrar con o senza modifica del registrante, modifiche del registrante, rinnovi, ecc.). Le informazioni fornite hanno una granularità a livello di anno/mese/giorno e, nel caso delle nuove registrazioni e dei recuperi dallo stato di redemptionPeriod, anche a livello di ora. Tutti i dati sono aggiornati al giorno precedente. Tale sezione sarà gradatamente aggiornata al fine di arrivare, nel più breve tempo possibile, al popolamento delle informazioni inerenti ai registranti e ai registrar. A livello indicativo, per ciò che riguarda i registranti, saranno pubblicate informazioni relative alla loro tipologia e localizzazione geografica (a livello di nazione e, per gli italiani, anche a livello di regione e provincia) e alle tipologie di operazioni sui nomi a dominio da questi effettuate. Per ciò che riguarda i registrar, saranno pubblicate invece informazioni relative alla loro localizzazione geografica e informazioni aggregate inerenti, ad esempio alle tipologie di operazioni effettuate dai registrar in relazione alla loro nazionalità, alla distribuzione percentuale dei nomi a dominio tra i registrar, ecc. Successivamente, la sezione statistiche evolverà in un vero e proprio portale dedicato alle statistiche del .it e sarà implementata anche una sezione ad accesso riservato ai registrar contenente informazioni più specifiche di loro pertinenza. The new "Statistics" section contains, at present, the main information about asynchronous and synchronous domain names (new registrations, cancellations, transfers between registrars with or without trade, trades, renewals, and so on). It is possible to drill down information at level of year / month / day and, in case of new registrations and recoveries from redemptionPeriod status, also in terms of hours. All data is updated to the previous day. This section will gradually be updated in order to populate, as quickly as possible, all information concerning registrants and registrars. Purely as an indication, for what concerns registrants, information on their typology and geographic localization (at national level and, for the Italians, even at regional and province level) and information on the types of operations on domain names carried out by them, will be published. For what concerns registrars, information regarding their geographical localization and aggregated information concerning, for example, the types of operations carried out by them according to their nationality, the percentage distribution of domain names between registrars, and so on, will be published. Subsequently, the statistics section will evolve into a true portal dedicated to statistics. And an access section reserved to registrars that contains more specific information about them will also be implemented. A tutti i Registrar, vi informiamo che, da mercoledi' 14 marzo 2012, il Registro provvedera' ad effettuare l'aggiornamento della zona dns di ".it" dodici volte al giorno e, precisamente, alle ore: 01:00, 03:00, 05:00, 07:00, 09:00, 11:00, 13:00, 15:00, 17:00, 19:00, 21:00, 23:00 Questo ulteriore aggiornamento della zona ".it" consentira' di diminuire il tempo che intercorre tra la registrazione nel DBNA di un nome a dominio e la sua effettiva attivazione.
