A tutti i Registrar, si comunica che sul sito web del Registro .it alla url https://www.nic.it/reg-pm/contratto2016/contrattoRegistrar.html è disponibile il nuovo contratto Registrar con effetto dal 1 maggio 2016 e termine il 30 aprile 2019. Il contratto potrà essere sottoscritto con firma digitale o firma olografa ed inviato per posta elettronica certificata all'indirizzo registro(a)pec.nic.it, oppure con raccomandata e ricevuta di ritorno al seguente indirizzo: Istituto di Informatica e Telematica - Area della Ricerca di Pisa, Registro .it, Via Giuseppe Moruzzi, 1 - 56124 PISA entro il 30 giugno 2016. Il contratto potrà essere sottoscritto, fin da subito, con gli allegati A, riferito alla licenza di marchio e B, relativo alle norme di buona condotta, oppure potrà essere firmato soltanto il contratto e successivamente uno o entrambi i suddetti documenti, se il Registrar decide di aderirvi, prelevandoli dal portale RAIN, nella sezione Documenti. Tutti i documenti devono essere sottoscritti sia per accettazione del loro contenuto che per accettazione delle clausole vessatorie. Per quanto riguarda le norme di buona condotta, la mancata sottoscrizione delle stesse entro la data sopra riportata comporterà la rimozione del codice Coc associato al TAG Registrar. Relativamente al contratto di licenza, anch'esso dovrà essere sottoscritto entro il 30 giugno prossimo; il Registrar che non ha intenzione di utilizzare i marchi del Registro deve cancellarli da tutti i materiali pubblicitari sia cartacei che in forma elettronica. Per una migliore gestione documentale si chiede, laddove possibile, di sottoscrivere il contratto e gli eventuali allegati A e B con firma digitale, usando il sistema di firma Pades e di trasmetterli via PEC. Infine, sul medesimo portale è a disposizione, ove d'interesse, una nota interpretativa relativa all'articolo 14 del contratto in argomento. Informazioni e chiarimenti relativamente al contratto e ai documenti correlati potranno essere trasmessi all'indirizzo email contratto(a)nic.it. The contract duly filled in and signed must be received by the Registry .it within June 30, 2016. Otherwise, those who want to subscribe only the contract, and wish to send the above annexes later on, both must be received within June 30, 2016. We inform you that if you don't sign the rules of good conduct within the above specified period, the Registry will cancel from the database the COC associated to the Registrar TAG. Also the licensing agreement, regarding the Registry's trade marks, must be signed within the same period if the Registrar wishes to maintain it otherwise the Registrar must cancel both paper and electronic advertising materials in use. We kindly ask you to send, where possible, the contract and the related annexes A and B with digital signature using the Pades format and send them via PEC. A tutti i Registrar, si comunica che a decorrere dal 27 aprile prossimo sara’ disponibile sul sito del Registro, nella sezione “Diventare Registrar” (http://www.nic.it/registrar/diventare-registrar), il nuovo contratto Registrar con effetto dal 1 maggio 2016 e termine il 30 aprile 2019. Il contratto dovrà essere compilato tramite l’apposito form online e potrà essere sottoscritto con firma digitale o firma olografa ed inviato per posta elettronica certificata all'indirizzo registro(a)pec.nic.it, oppure con raccomandata e ricevuta di ritorno al seguente indirizzo: Istituto di Informatica e Telematica, Registro .it, Via Antonio Moruzzi, 1 - 56100 PISA entro il 30 giugno 2016. Se non riceveremo il contratto entro il predetto termine il servizio di registrazione dovrà essere sospeso. Il contratto potrà essere sottoscritto, fin da subito, con gli allegati A, riferito alla licenza di marchio e B, relativo alle norme di buona condotta, oppure potrà essere firmato soltanto il contratto e successivamente uno o entrambi i suddetti documenti, se il Registrar decide di aderirivi, prelevandoli dal portale RAIN, nella sezione Documenti/Contratto. The new contract will come into effect as from May 1, 2016 and will end on April 30, 2019. Tutti i corsi in programma nell'anno 2016 si svolgeranno a Firenze dal 20 al 24 giugno presso il Grand Hotel Mediterraneo (www.hotelmediterraneo.com) Lungarno del Tempio, 50121 Firenze. La lingua di lavoro dei corsi sara' l'italiano. Si informa che sul sul portale RAIN-NG (https://rain-ng.nic.it), sezione "Comunicazioni e Documenti » Documenti » Bozza Contratto" sono disponibili le domande e le risposte pervenute al Registro durante il periodo di consultazione relativo al nuovo contratto IIT-Registro/Registrar. Nei prossimi giorni metteremo a disposizione la nuova versione del contratto che recepisce alcune modifiche ad esso apportate sulla base delle osservazioni pervenute specificando i tempi e i modi di trasmissione del contratto presso il Registro .it. Si ricorda che sul portale RAIN-NG (https://rain-ng.nic.it) è pubblicata la bozza di contratto Registro-IIT-CNR/Registrar relativa al triennio 1 maggio 2016 - 30 aprile 2019 per osservazioni e commenti. Nella medesima sezione potete trovare anche un breve promemoria in ordine alle modifiche introdotte col nuovo contratto, nonché la bozza contrattuale con le revisioni. A tutti i Registrar, con la presente si comunica che "nella sezione Documenti" del "portale RAIN-NG"(https://rain-ng.nic.it) è pubblicata la bozza di contratto Registro-IIT-CNR/Registrar relativa al triennio 1 maggio 2016 - 30 aprile 2019. Sono benvenuti osservazioni e contributi che dovranno essere trasmessi all'indirizzo contratto(a)nic.it nel termine di trenta giorni dalla data della pubblicazione. Nella comunicazione al Registro si pregano gli interessati di specificare i dati identificativi ed il TAG Registrar di riferimento. Tali dati sono trattati dal Registro nell'ambito delle attività correlate alla gestione del contratto e non necessitano di specifico consenso al trattamento; tuttavia, ove l'interessato non intenda rendere pubblici i propri dati in relazione al contenuto del messaggio dovrà specificarlo nella comunicazione inviata al Registro. In tal caso il messaggio sarà pubblicato in forma anonima. Al termine dei trenta giorni i contributi e le osservazioni pervenute, con l'indicazione dei dati identificativi e del TAG Registrar di riferimento, ovvero in maniera anonima per coloro che hanno esercitato questa facoltà, saranno pubblicati sul portale RAIN, con le relative risposte del Registro. Ai fini contrattuali i contributi e le osservazioni saranno saranno oggetto di ponderazione laddove ritenuti opportuni e conformemente alle norme di legge di vigore. La bozza di contratto sarà altresì portata all'attenzione del Comitato Consultivo di Indirizzo del Registro per un parere consultivo.
