A tutti i Registrar, dall’8 all’11 ottobre è di nuovo Internet Festival che sottotitola l’edizione 2015 con la frase “Spazio alla rivoluzione digitale”. “Scena digitale” è lo spazio dove il Registro .it ha organizzato una quattro giorni di eventi dedicati al marketing, alla Rete e il diritto d'autore, alle relazioni virtuose tra grandi, piccole e medie imprese, associazioni di categoria, startup, creativi, giovani e attori digitali globali, all’uso ludico e didattico della Rete per i bambini. Tra gli ospiti The Jackal - youtuber napoletani di grandissimo successo, Marco Damilano vice direttore dell’Espresso e nel gruppo di Gazebo (Rai3) e Giovanni Gulino, fondatore di Musicraiser e leader dei Marta sui Tubi. A tutti i Registrar, si comunica che il Registro.it, al fine di consentire ai Registrar accreditati di scambiarsi opinioni e comunicazioni connesse allo svolgimento dei loro compiti e, sulla base delle risultanze della riunione, tenutasi tra lo IIT-Registro e i Registrar, il 15 settembre scorso, ha predisposto la mailing list REGtoREG(a)nic.it alla quale sono iscritti tutti i Registrar titolari di un contratto attivo con lo IIT-Registro, secondo le stesse modalità della lista registrars(a)nic.it. Come richiestoci, il personale del Registro.it non e’ incluso nella lista. Ai fini della messa in servizio della suddetta lista, si pregano i Registrar interessati di far conoscere allo IIT-Registro la loro disponibilita' a ricoprire il ruolo di moderatore. Nel caso in cui lo IIT-Registro dovesse ricevere piu’ candidature, la scelta sara’ operata dallo IIT-Registro stesso a suo insindacabile giudizio. L’espressione delle candidature dovra’ essere inviata a hostmaster(a)nic.it e avvenire entro venerdi 25 settembre 2015. La lista opera sui server dello IIT-Registro e non prevede l'acquisizione di nuovi dati, disponendo lo IIT-Registro solo dei dati presenti nei propri archivi a fronte del contratto Registrar, essendo la lista formata ai sensi dell'articolo 24 del decreto legislativo 30 giugno 2003 n. 196, in virtù dei rapporto di strumentalità derivante dal contratto IIT-Registro/Registrar. La lista non sarà resa disponibile a terzi. Gli iscritti potranno, in ogni momento, cancellarsi dalla lista tramite la modalità opt-out, comunicando al moderatore della lista tale scelta, oppure tramite i comandi tipici di “unsubscribe" delle mailing list. Il moderatore avrà altresì il compito di evitare la circolazione di messaggi aggressivi e denigratori. Se il Registrar iscritto alla lista volesse manifestare da subito la scelta di cancellarsi dalla lista può farlo secondo le modalita’ espresse precedentemente. Following your request, the people working within the Registro.it will not be included in the list. In order to activate the mailing list in hand, the interested Registrars are kindly invited to let IIT-Registro know their own candidacy to hold a moderator role: in case the IIT-Registro receive more than one candidacy, the choice will be done by the IIT-Registro itself with a final and unappealable decision. The candidacy must be sent to hostmaster(a)nic.it and arrive within next Friday, 25 September 2015. The list operates on the servers of the IIT-Registro and it does not include the acquisition of new data, having the IIT-Registro only the data existing in its records extracted from the Registrar contract and being the list made pursuant to article 24 of Legislative Decree n. 196 of June 30, 2003, by virtue of the relationship of instrumentality deriving from the contract IIT-Registro/Registrar. The list will not be made available to third parties. Participants can unsubscribe from the list at any time, by means of opt-out, communicating to the moderator of the list that choice, or through the typical mailing list "unsubscribe" command. Ai Registrar, il 15 settembre p.v. si terrà a Pisa un meeting straordinario del Registro, per presentare ai Registrar la versione definitiva del nuovo Regolamento del Comitato di Indirizzo del Registro (CIR) e la metodologia per le elezioni. Per iscriversi al meeting: https://rain-ng.nic.it/rain/meeting/ Il Registro (come comunicato con la nostra mail del 13 luglio u.s. Ticket#2015071350002287) per rispondere alle nuove esigenze del settore in maniera sempre più compiuta, aperta e trasparente ritiene necessario passare da un processo cooptativo ad uno elettivo per la nomina dei rappresentati dei Registrar in seno al CIR. A questo scopo ha predisposto un nuovo Regolamento CIR e le regole di votazione dei rappresentanti dei Registrar.
