A tutti i Registrar, vi informiamo che sul sito web del Registro, nella sezione: https://www.nic.it/it/il-mondo-del-it/chi-siamo e sul portale RAIN, nella sezione Documenti/Comitato di Indirizzo, è stato pubblicato il nuovo Regolamento per le elezioni dei 2 rappresentanti dei Registrar nel Comitato di Indirizzo del Registro. Il nuovo Regolamento, approvato durante la riunione del Comitato di Indirizzo del 28 ottobre 2020, prevede la semplificazione dei meccanismo di elezione dei 2 rappresentanti dei Registrar. In particolare, è stata eliminata la figura dell’elettore e ciascun Registrar puo’ utilizzare la propria utenza Registrar (Tag Registrar e relative credenziali) per creare l’utente candidato, partecipare alla fase di endorsement ed esprimere il voto. Invitiamo tutti i Registrar a prenderne visione. Nei prossimi giorni sarà comunicata, su questa lista, la data di inizio della procedura di elezione. The new Regulation, approved during the Steering Committee meeting on October 28 2020, provides for the simplification of the mechanism for the election of the 2 Registrar representatives. In particular, the figure of the voter has been eliminated and each Registrar can use its own Registrar user (Tag Registrar and related credentials) to create the candidate user, participate in the endorsement phase and cast the vote. Il nuovo certificato, rilasciato dalla CA pubblica DigiCert CA, utilizza l'algoritmo di cifratura SHA-512. Con l’occasione vi informiamo che il Registro.it, al fine di rendere indipendente il client EPP dai certificati SSL utilizzati nel servizio EPP, ha rilasciato una nuova versione del client EPP che non fa piu’ uso del file “trusted.keystore”, contenente la chiave pubblica del servizio EPP del Registro .it. Il nuovo client (epp-client-1.17.0-20200513.zip) e’ stato pubblicato nel repository https://epp-doc.nic.it/. Al fine di non creare disagi a coloro che utilizzano l’attuale client del Registro e, al fine di consentirgli una migrazione non repentina verso l’adozione del nuovo client, e’ stato generato e pubblicato, sempre nel repository https://epp-doc.nic.it/, un nuovo file trusted.keystore, denominato “trusted.keystore_20141118_202241118_sha512”, contenente la nuova chiave pubblica del Registro .it. A tutti i Registrar, il 15 luglio alle 15:00 prende il via la nuova edizione del road show Piccole Medie Digitali in diretta Facebook e YouTube sui canali del Registro .it. Prima puntata dedicata a come sta cambiando il turismo e come il web puo' aiutare imprese e operatori del turismo a voltare pagina o a realizzare nuovi traguardi. Obiettivo del progetto e’ parlare delle opportunita’ della Rete e della trasformazione digitale alle micro, piccole e medie imprese italiane per consegnare al pubblico le chiavi per comprendere e affrontare la trasformazione digitale, promuovere business e competitivita’. Sotto i riflettori avremo come sempre anche i nomi a dominio .it, potenziati da strumenti e strategie di marketing pensati appositamente per imprese di micro, piccole o medie dimensioni. A tutti i Registrar, in riferimento alla comunicazione inviata alla lista registrars(a)nic.it il 25 giugno 2020 (ticket n. 2020062550001257 e avente come oggetto "30 giugno 2020: termine periodo sospensione del costo di mantenimento dei nomi a dominio .it"), vi informiamo che, a partire dal presente mese di luglio, il Registro .it provvederà ad addebitare ai Registrar i costi di mantenimento dei nomi a dominio rinnovati nel periodo 27 marzo - 30 giugno 2020 con le seguenti tempistiche: - 20 luglio 2020: addebito dei costi di rinnovo relativi al periodo 27 marzo - 31 marzo; - 21 settembre 2020: addebito dei costi di rinnovo relativi al periodo 1 aprile - 30 aprile; - 19 ottobre 2020: addebito dei costi di rinnovo relativi al periodo 1 maggio - 31 maggio; - 23 novembre 2020: addebito dei costi di rinnovo relativi al periodo 1 giugno - 30 giugno. Vi invitiamo a consultare il portale RAIN (https://rain.nic.it) dove, nella sezione “Pagamenti e Fatturazione / Operazioni Rinnovo Non Addebitate”, potrete visualizzare il numero delle operazioni di rinnovo che sono state effettuate nei suddetti periodi, i relativi costi di mantenimento non addebitati, il credito disponibile e l'elenco dei nomi a dominio che sono stati rinnovati. Se dal controllo effettuato sul portale il prepagato dovesse risultare incapiente e quindi non disponibile alle date di addebito indicate nella presente comunicazione, il Registrar dovrà anticipatamente provvedere ad effettuare un bonifico o un pagamento con carta di credito L’eventuale mancata capienza economica nelle date stabilite potrebbe comportare la sospensione del servizio al Registrar, fino alla reintegrazione del credito necessario. If the check carried out by the Registrar on the portal shows that the credit is insufficient to cover the renewal costs at the date of debit indicated in the timing above, the Registrar must make a wire transfer or payment by credit card. If the Registrar credit is unavailable on the established dates, the domain registration service may be suspended until the necessary credit is reinstated. A tutti i Registrar, il Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche al fine di fornire supporto e sostegno al sistema Paese in questa grave situazione emergenziale che sta caratterizzando il panorama italiano e internazionale a causa del Covid-19, ha deliberato una riduzione da 4 a 3 euro delle tariffe specificate all’art. 20, comma 2, punto I) del Contratto IIT- Registro.it - Registrar 2019 – 2022 per il solo periodo 1° Luglio 2020 – 31 dicembre 2020. Il punto I) comma 2, dell’art. 20, Tariffe per l’attività di mantenimento dei nomi a dominio nel ccTLD .it e nel SLD edu per il periodo 1 luglio - 31 dicembre 2020 è così modificata: “omissis….a) 3,00 (tre/00) euro oltre IVA di legge per ogni nome a dominio registrato e non rimborsabile; omissis….”.
