Cari Registrar, desideriamo ricordarvi l’appuntamento con la quinta e ultima diretta LinkedIn, che andra' in onda il 25 marzo, alle ore 17.00, dal titolo “Cybersecurity, con la NIS2 cambia tutto: maggiori responsabilita', a partire dai CDA”. La puntata conclude il ciclo di incontri LinkedIn del Registro .it, dedicato all’approfondimento di tematiche digitali strategiche per professionisti e PMI. La diretta sara' l’occasione per fare il punto sull’applicazione della Direttiva NIS2, in vigore dal 16 ottobre 2024, che introduce obblighi piu' stringenti per imprese e pubbliche amministrazioni e ridefinisce le responsabilita' dei Consigli di Amministrazione in materia di gestione del rischio cyber, governance, formazione e segnalazione degli incidenti. Partendo da questo nuovo scenario normativo, approfondiremo cosa cambia concretamente, quali azioni sono necessarie per completare l’adeguamento entro - al piu' tardi - ottobre 2026 e come trasformare la compliance in un’opportunita' di crescita e resilienza. This episode concludes the LinkedIn series by Registro .it, dedicated to exploring strategic digital topics for professionals and SMEs. This will be an opportunity to take stock of the application of the NIS2 Directive, in force since 16 October 2024, which introduces stricter requirements for businesses and public administrations and redefines the responsibilities of the Boards of Directors in cyber risk management, governance, training and incident reporting. Starting with this new regulatory landscape, we will explore what is changing, what actions are needed to complete the adjustment by - at the latest - October 2026, and how to turn compliance into an opportunity for growth and resilience. The live broadcast, as usual, will be moderated by Massimo Fellini (journalist and expert in technologies and artificial intelligence), who will talk with Ernesto Belisario (lawyer, founding partner of the law firm E-Lex and legal expert on the issues of innovation and AI), Donato Molino (President of the Steering Committee of the Registro .it – CIR and President of AssoTLD) and Valentina Amenta (Head of the Legal and Litigation Unit at Registro .it). The panel will compare legal and institutional perspectives to analyse the new rules of the game of an increasingly digital and secure Europe.
