A tutti i Registrar, vi informiamo che sul sito web del Registro, al link http://www.nic.it/registrar/diventare-registrar è stato pubblicato l’addendum al contratto IIT-Registro-Registrar 2016-2019. Come nel caso del contratto, l’addendum è compilabile attraverso un form online. Per i Registrar aventi sede in Italia, il legale rappresentante dovrà sottoscriverlo con due firme digitali, in formato PADES, da apporre negli appositi spazi dell’ultima pagina del documento ed inviarlo successivamente al Registro via PEC all’indirizzo email registro(a)pec.nic.it. Per i Registrar che hanno sede fuori dal territorio italiano è consentita la sottoscrizione del documento PDF con firma olografa in duplice copia ed il successivo invio dei due originali per posta di superficie e/o corriere espresso. Non saranno accettati addendum al contratto trasmessi con modalità diverse da quelle sopra indicate e previste dalla normativa in vigore. Al ricevimento dell’addendum al contratto il Registro.it provvederà a darne immediata conferma al Registrar stesso via posta elettronica, notificando anche eventuali problematiche formali presenti nella documentazione pervenuta. Successivamente, gli uffici amministrativi valuteranno i documenti pervenuti per poi sottoporli al Direttore del Registro .it per la firma e per la loro ritrasmissione al Registrar in formato elettronico e via PEC ove possibile o via posta di superficie o corriere espresso. L’addendum dovrà essere sottoscritto entro 30 gg dal giorno della pubblicazione. La mancata sottoscrizione dell’addendum è motivo di mancato proseguimento del rapporto in essere tra Registrar e IIT-Registro.it secondo le disposizioni normative vigenti in materia. Distinti saluti. Il Registro.it ================= To all Registrars, we inform you that the addendum to the IIT-Registry-Registrar contract 2016-2019 was published on the Registry website, at: http://www.nic.it/en/registrars/becoming-registrar As in the case of the contract, the Addendum can be filled in by using an online form. For Registrars based in Italy, the Legal Representative must sign it with two digital signatures, in PADES format, to be placed in the appropriate spaces of the last page of the document, and send it later to the Registro via PEC at the email address registro(a)pec.nic.it. For Registrars based outside Italian territory, it is possible to sign the PDF document with a holographic signature in duplicate and then subsequently send the two originals by post and/or express courier. Addendums to the contract will not be accepted transmitted in ways other than those indicated above and provided for by the law in force. Upon receipt of the Addendum to the contract, the Registro.it will immediately give the Registrar confirmation by e-mail, also notifying any formal problems present in the documentation received. Subsequently, the administrative offices will evaluate the documents received and then submit them to the Director of the Registro.it to be signed and for their retransmission to the Registrar in electronic format and via PEC where possible, or via post or express courier. The Addendum must be signed within 30 days from the day of publication. The non-signature of the addendum is grounds for non-continuation of the relationship between the Registrar and the Registro.it according to the current regulations in force. Best regards. A tutti i Registrar, in ottemperanza al Regolamento europeo sulla protezione dei dati, n. 2016/679 del Parlamento europeo e del Consiglio, del 27 aprile 2016, relativo alla protezione delle persone fisiche con riguardo al trattamento dei dati personali, nonché alla libera circolazione di tali dati, il Registro.it ha pubblicato sul portale RAIN, nella sezione “Documenti/Contratto”, il documento “Informativa Modulo di Registrazione” contenente le nuove sezioni 4, 5, 6, 7 e 8 del “Modello di documento scritto di registrazione” (Par. 3.8.1.1.1 delle Linee Guida Tecniche v2.2). Il Registro.it raccomanda ai Registrar di adeguare le proprie procedure di registrazione alla nuova normativa, entro 15 gg a far data dal 25 maggio 2018. The Registro.it recommends that the Registrars adapt their registration procedures to the new legislation within 15 days from May, 2018. A tutti i Registrar, in vista dell'imminente entrata in vigore del GDPR, il Registro.it sta provvedendo ad adottare le "best practice" necessarie ad adeguare correttamente il proprio sistema di gestione privacy a quanto previsto dalla normativa comunitaria. A tale proposito è stato predisposto un "addendum" al contratto Registrar 2016-2019 che vi sarà inviato non appena il CNR centrale provvederà alla nomina del DPO. Per quanto riguarda il servizio Whois, vi informiamo che questo sara' modificato in modo da non consentire la visualizzazione di alcun dato relativo ai contatti di un nome a dominio (registrant, admin e tech), nel caso in cui il nome a dominio stesso sia stato registrato da una persona fisica e questa non abbia espresso il consenso alla pubblicazione dei dati (campo consentForPublishing con valore “false”). La modifica al servizio Whois e’ gia’ disponibile sulla piattaforma di test del Registro (whois.pubtest.nic.it). Un cordiale saluto, lo staff del Registro .it ========================================== To all Registrars, as regards to the legal requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR ), which will take effect from 25 May 2018, the Registro.it is implementing the "best practices” to adopt for the privacy management system to be compliant with what foreseen by the EU Regulation. For this reason an “Addendum” to the Registrar Contract 2016-2019 has been arranged; it will be sent to all Registrars as soon as the CNR will appoint a DPO. As regards to the Whois service, we inform you that it will be modified to not permit the display of data related to the contacts of a domain name (registrant, admin e tech), if the domain name is registered by a natural person who has not expressed the consent for publishing of data (consentForPublishing set to “false”). The modification of the Whois service is already available on the Registro.it test platform (whois.pubtest.nic.it).
