A tutti i Registrar, in vista dell'imminente entrata in vigore del GDPR, il Registro.it sta provvedendo ad adottare le "best practice" necessarie ad adeguare correttamente il proprio sistema di gestione privacy a quanto previsto dalla normativa comunitaria. A tale proposito è stato predisposto un "addendum" al contratto Registrar 2016-2019 che vi sarà inviato non appena il CNR centrale provvederà alla nomina del DPO. Per quanto riguarda il servizio Whois, vi informiamo che questo sara' modificato in modo da non consentire la visualizzazione di alcun dato relativo ai contatti di un nome a dominio (registrant, admin e tech), nel caso in cui il nome a dominio stesso sia stato registrato da una persona fisica e questa non abbia espresso il consenso alla pubblicazione dei dati (campo consentForPublishing con valore “false”). La modifica al servizio Whois e’ gia’ disponibile sulla piattaforma di test del Registro (whois.pubtest.nic.it).
