A tutti i Maintainers/Registrars: a causa di problemi di connettivita' interna sulla rete 193.205.245/24 dalle 19.30 alle 21.00 circa, si sono verificati malfunzionamenti su alcuni servizi presenti su tale rete, in particolare il sito web ed il servizio whois. I servizi presenti sulle nuove reti del Registro (192.12.192/23) non sono stati influenzati da tali malfunzionamenti. Ci scusiamo per l' eventuale disservizio arrecato. A tutti i Maintainer/Registrar, vi ricordiamo che, per poter operare nel nuovo sistema di registrazione sincrono, i Registrar devono accedere al portale RAIN-NG (https://rain-ng.nic.it) e inserire gli indirizzi IP che saranno abilitati alla connessione con il server EPP. Tali indirizzi sono abilitati sul server ogni ora. Vi ricordiamo, inoltre, di compilare sul portale RAIN (https://rain.nic.it) le sezioni "Dati MNT/REG - Contatti - Notifiche", che gli permetteranno di poter essere iscritti d'ufficio alla lista registrars(a)nic.it e di ricevere i messaggi di notifica relativi alle operazioni "ibride" e alla disponibilita' delle fatture. Such addresses are enabled on the server every hour. Moreover, we remind the Registrars to fill in, on the RAIN portal (https://rain.nic.it), the "MNT/REG Data - Contacts - Notifications" sections, that will allow them to be automatically inserted by the Registry in the registrars(a)nic.it list and to receive the notifications concerning the "hybrid" transactions and availability of invoices. A tutti i Registrar, in allegato potrete trovare i loghi "Registrar" e "Registrar accreditato" in formato .eps utilizzabili sia per la pubblicazione sul web che per la stampa. I loghi dovranno essere utilizzati rispettando le regole indicate nell'allegato E del contratto Registrar, senza alterare in alcun modo dimensioni, grafica e testo. A breve sara' disponibile sul portale RAIN il Manuale d'uso dei loghi. A tutti i Maintainer/Registrar, vi informiamo che domattina, alle ore 6 circa, verra' attivata una nuova versione del server EPP che prevede l'innalzamento a 6.000 del numero massimo di Check Domain giornaliere sul server epp.nic.it. Lo stesso limite sara' introdotto anche sul server pub-test.nic.it. Per quanto riguarda il server epp-deleted.nic.it, i limiti relativi alle Check Domain e Create Domain rimarranno inalterati. A tutti i Maintainer/Registrar, vi ricordiamo che lunedi' prossimo 28 settembre, alle ore 11:00, entrera' in servizio il nuovo sistema di registrazione sincrono basato sul protocollo EPP (/Extensible Provisioning Protocol/). L'avvio di questo nuovo sistema, come previsto e riportato nel "Regolamento di assegnazione dei nomi a dominio nel ccTLD .it", avra' delle implicazioni anche rispetto al sistema asincrono oggi in produzione. Infatti, a partire dalle ore 11:00 di lunedi' prossimo, nel rispetto del principio del "/first come, first served/" nell' assegnazione di un nuovo nome a dominio, l'orario di arrivo delle LAR non sara' più l'elemento che determina la priorita' di assegnazione ma verra' sostituito con l'orario di inserimento della LAR da parte del Registro .it nel database. Naturalmente, l'inserimento delle LAR nel database avverra' rispettando rigorosamente l'ordine di arrivo delle LAR presso il Registro .it. In considerazione dell'importanza di tale variazione del momento temporale con cui verra' applicato il principio di "first come first served" sopra descritto, vi invitiamo a darne opportuna informazione ai vostri clienti. The new synchronous system, startup, asforeseen and established in the "Regoulations of the assignment and management of domain names in the ccTLD .it", will also have some involvments compared with the current asynchronous system. Consequently, starting from next Monday, 11.00 am, following the "first come /first served" principle that regultes the assignment of a new domain name, the arrival time of the LAR will not be main element for the assignment priority of a domain name any longer, but it will be replaced: the chronological order of receipt of a domain name request is determined by when the request is entered by the Registry in the database. Of course, the LAR insertion in the database will strictly take place complying with the LAR arrival order at the Registry .it. In respect of the importance of such change of the temporal modification, we kindly invite you to give appropriate advise to your clients.
