A tutti i Registrar, a breve prendera' il via la campagna di marketing del Registro .it, annunciata durante il meeting annuale 2013, mirata ad aumentare la consapevolezza nell’uso della rete, con un occhio di riguardo per le micro, piccole e medie imprese, che rappresentano l’ossatura del sistema economico italiano e che da un utilizzo valido di Internet possono trarre concreti benefici. Nel percorso ideale di avvicinamento dal “dominio come ideale di rinascita, di lavoro, di innovazione” alla conversione, cioe' alla registrazione vera e propria, rimangono da abbattere barriere, culturali e di conoscenza pratica. La campagna quindi conterra' un’area in cui, su base volontaria, esperti dei Registrar risponderanno a temi di particolare impatto sulla registrazione e sulla presenza efficace in rete, come SEO (Search Engine Optimization), web marketing, ecc. Within the ideal strategies for approaching the net, from the “domain as ideal for rebirth, work and innovation” to conversion, that is to say, actual registration, there remain practical and cultural barriers to overcome. The campaign will therefore include an area in which, on a voluntary basis, Registrar experts will offer answers to issues of special impact on registration and an effective presence on the Internet, such as SEO (Search Engine Optimization), web marketing, etc. A detailed presentation of the campaign and the involvement of Registrars is available at the website https://rain-ng.nic.it/rain/documents, as prepared by H-Art srl, who is responsible for the production and management of the marketing plan. A tutti i Registrar, vi ricordiamo che lunedì 3 novembre 2014 entreranno in funzione i nuovi Regolamenti ("Regolamento di assegnazione e gestione dei nomi a dominio nel ccTLD .it v.7.1" e "Regolamento risoluzione delle dispute v.2.1") e le nuove Linee Guida ("Linee Guida tecniche v.2.1" e "Linee Guida legali v.3.1"). Le modifiche al "Regolamento di assegnazione e gestione dei nomi a dominio nel ccTLD .it v.7.1" e alle "Linee Guida tecniche v.2.1" recepiscono le nuove funzionalità/innovazioni tecnologiche apportate al sistema di registrazione del Registro: 1) estensione degli IDN alle 24 lingue ufficiali dell’Unione Europea; 2) modifica della durata del periodo di pendingTransfer; 3) invio ai contatti billing del Registrar di e-mail conseguenti alla procedura di calcolo della soglia di credito; 4) rimozione del vincolo temporale di 30 giorni legato allo stato inactive/dnsHold; 5) eliminazione dei campi name e contactID dalla vista Whois; 6) modifica del tempo di timeout della sessione EPP. Le principali modifiche apportate al "Regolamento risoluzione delle dispute v.2.1" e alle "Linee Guida legali v.3.1" sono le seguenti: 1) introduzione di due nuovi casi di possibile richiesta di cancellazione di un nome a dominio da parte del Registrante; 2) possibilità di invio, per i soli Registranti residenti all’estero, del reclamo per corriere espresso. Regulations Version 7.1" and "Dispute Resolution. Regulations Version 2.1") and the new Guidelines ("Technical Guidelines Version 2.1" and "Legal Guidelines Version 3.1") will become operative. The modifications made to "Assignment and management of domain names in the ccTLD .it. Regulations Version 7.1" and to the "Technical Guidelines Version 2.1" include the new features/technological innovations introduced to the registration system of the Registry: 1) extension of IDNs to the 24 official languages of the European Union; 2) modification of the duration of the pendingTransfer period: 3) e-mails forwarding to the billing contacts of the Registrar, following the procedure of threshold credit calculation; 4) removal of the 30 day-time constraint related to inactive/dnsHold status; 5) elimination of the name and contactID fields from the Whois output; 6) modification of the EPP session timeout. Cari tutti, solo per informarvi degli esiti di .itCup, la business plan competition del Registro. Abbiamo ricevuto oltre 90 proposte, ne abbiamo selezionate 10 a cui abbiamo offerto un percorso di formazione di due giorni in aula e poi incontri singoli. I dieci finalisti hanno "affrontato" gli investitori e solo 5 sono passati all'esame della giuria che ha decretato i vincitori dei premi messi a disposizione dai partner. Tutte le informazioni sulle 10 finaliste sono su www.itcupregistro.it La qualita' delle proposte e delle 10 finaliste e' stato molto buona ed e' significativo che questo sia stato riconosciuto dagli investitori e dalla giuria per quelle selezionate. Abbiamo avuto anche una discreta attenzione dei media, anche del settore, che vi riporto di seguito. Questa si e' appena chiusa e stiamo gia' pensando alla prossima! We received over 90 proposals, from which we selected 10 to whom we offered a training course over two days in the classroom followed by individual meetings. The ten finalists "faced" the investors, and only 5 passed the examination of the jury, which selected the winners of the prizes provided by the partners. All the information about the 10 finalists available on www.itcupregistro.it The quality of the proposals and of the 10 finalists was very good, and it is significant that this was recognised by the investors and, for those selected to go through, by the jury as well. We received a fair amount of attention from the media, also from within the sector, which is reported below. This one has just closed, and we are already thinking about the next one!
