A tutti i Registrar, il Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche al fine di fornire supporto e sostegno al sistema Paese in questa grave situazione emergenziale che sta caratterizzando il panorama italiano e internazionale a causa del Covid-19, ha deliberato una riduzione da 4 a 3 euro delle tariffe specificate all’art. 20, comma 2, punto I) del Contratto IIT- Registro.it - Registrar 2019 – 2022 per il solo periodo 1° Luglio 2020 – 31 dicembre 2020. Il punto I) comma 2, dell’art. 20, Tariffe per l’attività di mantenimento dei nomi a dominio nel ccTLD .it e nel SLD edu per il periodo 1 luglio - 31 dicembre 2020 è così modificata: “omissis….a) 3,00 (tre/00) euro oltre IVA di legge per ogni nome a dominio registrato e non rimborsabile; omissis….”. A tutti i Registrar, in riferimento alle comunicazioni inviate alla lista registrars(a)nic.it il 24 marzo 2020 (ticket n. 2020032450003959 e oggetto "Sospensione del costo di mantenimento dei nomi a dominio .it") e il 29 aprile 2020 (ticket n. 2020042950004009 e oggetto "Proroga del periodo di sospensione del costo di mantenimento dei nomi a dominio .it"), vi informiamo che il periodo di sospensione dei pagamenti relativi ai rinnovi dei nomi a dominio terminera' il 30 giugno prossimo. Pertanto, dal 1 luglio p.v., il Registro .it provvedera' ad addebitare al Registrar il costo di mantenimento dei nomi a dominio rinnovati a partire da tale data. Per quanto riguarda, invece, i costi di mantenimento non addebitati nel periodo 27 marzo - 30 giugno, durante la prima settimana di luglio il Registro .it comunichera’ ai Registrar il piano di rientro previsto. Vi ricordiamo, infine, che sul portale RAIN (https://rain.nic.it), nella sezione “Pagamenti e Fatturazione / Operazioni Rinnovo Non Addebitate” e’prevista la funzionalita', per il Registrar, di ottenere il numero delle operazioni di rinnovo che sono state effettuate a partire dal 27 marzo 2020, i relativi costi di mantenimento non addebitati al Registrar, il suo credito attuale e l'elenco dei nomi a dominio che sono stati automaticamente rinnovati. Cordiali saluti, Lo staff del Registro .it ================================================================================= To all Registrars, with reference to the communications sent to the registrars(a)nic.it list on March 24, 2020 (ticket no. 2020032450003959 and subject: "Suspension of the cost of .it domain names maintainance") and on April 29, 2020 (ticket no. 2020042950004009 and subject: "Extension of the period of suspension of the maintenance cost for .it domain names"), we inform you that the period of suspension of payments for .it domain names renewals will finish next June 30. Therefore, from 1 July, the .it Registry will charge the Registrar with the cost of maintaining the domain names renewed from that date. As regards the domain names renewed in the period from March 27 to June 30 and for which the relative maintenance costs have not been charged, during the first week of July the Registro .it will send a communication to the Registrars containing the debt rescheduling plan. Finally we remind you that on the RAIN portal (https://rain.nic.it), in the "Payment and Billing / Renewal Operations Not Charged" Section, a new functionality has been introduced that allows the Registrar to obtain the number of renewal operations which were carried out starting from March 27, 2020, the related maintenance costs not charged to the Registrar, its current credit and the list of domain names that have been automatically renewed.
