A tutti i Registrar, chiediamo la vostra attenzione per un passaggio particolare e delicato al momento della sottoscrizione dell’accettazione del nuovo contratto Registrar. Dopo aver generato il PDF/A tramite il form dedicato sul sito web del Registro, prima di firmarlo con la firma digitale PADES, vi chiediamo di controllare che il vostro programma di firma sia configurato in maniera tale da preservare il formato PDF/A al momento dell’apposizione della firma. Questo perché in alcuni programmi di firma tale impostazione non è predefinita e nel momento in cui viene firmata digitalmente l’accettazione contrattuale il documento viene alterato e non mantiene più il formato PDF/A. Come è noto, normativamente è previsto l’obbligo di mandare in conservazione di lunga durata solo i documenti in formato PDF/A. Inoltre, al fine di poter verificare che il documento generato dal form online non sia stato alterato, vi chiediamo di firmare tale documento e di inviarcelo senza aver apportato ad esso alcuna modifica. Il documento generato dal form online contiene, infatti, un allegato generato dal sistema che non deve essere eliminato. Infine, vi chiediamo di non inviare le accettazioni contrattuali sottoscritte in risposta a questa e-mail, ma di usare i canali tradizionali che vi sono stati comunicati, ossia tramite PEC (solo per i Registrar italiani) all’indirizzo registro@pec.nic.it, oppure via e-mail all’indirizzo hostmaster@nic.it. After generating the PDF/A via the dedicated form on the Registry website, before signing it with the PADES digital signature, we ask you to check that your signature program is configured to preserve the PDF/A format when applying the signature.
