The aim is to bring together aspiring entrepreneurs with investors and thus to "do business". Start Cup was designed, primarily, for Registrars, given that they are investors in the ICT and mobile sectors. Start Cup 2012 is divided into 4 phases: scouting, training and business coaching , an arena meeting and follow up activities which will all lead up to the final selection of business ideas.
