Cari Registrar, arriva all’ultimo appuntamento il ciclo di dirette LinkedIn del Registro .it dedicato all’approfondimento di tematiche digitali strategiche per professionisti e PMI: la quinta e ultima puntata andra’ in onda il 25 marzo, alle ore 17.00, con il titolo “Cybersecurity, con la NIS2 cambia tutto: maggiori responsabilita’, a partire dai CDA”. La diretta sara’ l’occasione per fare il punto sull’applicazione della Direttiva NIS2, in vigore dal 16 ottobre 2024, che introduce obblighi piu’ stringenti per imprese e pubbliche amministrazioni e ridefinisce le responsabilita’ dei Consigli di Amministrazione in materia di gestione del rischio cyber, governance, formazione e segnalazione degli incidenti. Partendo da questo nuovo scenario normativo, approfondiremo cosa cambia concretamente, quali azioni sono necessarie per completare l’adeguamento entro - al piu’ tardi - ottobre 2026 e come trasformare la compliance in un’opportunita’ di crescita e resilienza. This will be an opportunity to take stock of the application of the NIS2 Directive, in force since 16 October 2024, which introduces stricter requirements for businesses and public administrations and redefines the responsibilities of the Boards of Directors in cyber risk management, governance, training and incident reporting. Starting with this new regulatory landscape, we will explore what is changing, what actions are needed to complete the adjustment by - at the latest - October 2026, and how to turn compliance into an opportunity for growth and resilience.
